Reliance Jio's Chairman, Akash Ambani, has shared exciting updates at the Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay's Techfest.

As reported by Indian Express, Ambani revealed a strategic partnership with IIT Bombay for the 'Bharat GPT' program, emphasising the importance of collaborative ecosystems.

Additionally, he shared plans for the development of a dedicated operating system for televisions.

Ambani expressed that the company's focus is on leveraging artificial intelligence across sectors, envisioning transformative applications in media, commerce, communication, and device technology.

The Chairman also shed light on Jio's plans for 5G private networks, aiming to provide enterprises, regardless of size, with a robust 5G stack.


Akash Ambani's optimistic outlook positions India as a prominent innovation center, anticipating the nation to achieve a USD 6 trillion economy by the end of the decade.

He underlined the pervasive influence of artificial intelligence, describing it as an "all-inclusive" force that extends beyond conventional boundaries.

As Jio embraces new frontiers, Ambani urged aspiring entrepreneurs not to fear failure and encouraged a deep commitment to societal well-being.

He portrayed Jio as the world's largest startup, driven not solely by financial gains but by a dedicated service-oriented approach aimed at benefiting India.
