News Brief
Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi Assembly
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday (25 February) expressed his desire to build world-class schools in the state and alleged that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trying to stop his development works.
"They (BJP) tried to stop the construction of schools and hospitals in Delhi. They do not want the poor to get the same level of education as their children. Only I know, how am I running the government in Delhi, I should get a Nobel prize for this," he said.
"BJP people and LG (Lieutenant Governor) created troubles for Delhi people and I, Delhi's son, solved these problems. I should get a Nobel prize for this but my Nobel prize is you people," Kejriwal added.
