The BSE first crossed the USD 1-trillion valuation on 28 May, 2007.
The journey from USD 1 trillion to USD 1.5 trillion took just over seven years. Subsequently, the climb to surpass the USD 2.5-trillion mark occurred on 16 December, 2020.
And recently on 24 May, 2021, BSE-listed companies touched the USD 3-trillion mark
The milestone has broader economic implications, contributing to India's narrative on the global financial stage and showcasing the resilience and growth potential of its capital markets.
