During a dialogue with trainees at the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS)'s Eastern Region Worker Development Camp at SVM Public School, Gorakhpur, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat has advised the volunteers to be very sensitive about conversions from Hinduism to other religions and also sounded his concerns about 'Love Jihad'.

He urged them to try to stop any conversions they come across without creating any uproar.

They should find out the reasons behind those choosing the path of conversion and work to address those reasons to put a permanent stop to such activities.

He further advised inviting such individuals to branches and familiarising them with the working of the RSS to increase their attraction towards the organisation and ensure their role in nation-building through the RSS.

While addressing a trainee volunteer's curiosity about Love Jihad, Bhagwat stated that it is a conspiracy to destroy Hindu values and culture, which should not be allowed to succeed.

He stressed the need to keep a close watch on incidents of Love Jihad and to remain vigilant to stop it continuously. As soon as an incident is reported, it should be stopped in an organised manner.

Bhagwat made these remarks in response to a volunteer's question about Nadda's statement that the party is progressing rapidly and has now reached a point where it no longer needs the RSS. He claimed that the BJP is now capable of handling everything independently.

Bhagwat said that in our country, every citizen has the freedom to express their views openly, however, Nadda's statement has no connection with the organisation.

During the conversation with volunteers, the topic of the reliability of news circulated on internet media also came up.

On this, Mohan Bhagwat said that information received from internet media should not be ignored, but it should be trusted only after verifying it against the truth. It is necessary to remain alert about the authenticity of the information.
