Chaos Inside Parliament During Security breach

In a recent development related to the significant security breach in Parliament last week, a Karnataka-based engineer, identified as Saikrishna Jagali and the son of a retired police officer, was apprehended by Delhi Police from his residence in Bagalkote.

As per reports by NDTV, Saikrishna Jagali is said to be a friend of Manoranjan D, one of the individuals facing charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for unlawfully entering the Lok Sabha chamber and releasing coloured smoke.

Reports indicate that Saikrishna and Manoranjan were classmates at an engineering college in Bengaluru, with Saikrishna's name being mentioned during Manoranjan's interrogation.

Operating from his residence in Bagalkote, Saikrishna's sister, Spanda, has defended his innocence, stating that her brother has been cooperating with the Delhi Police investigation.

She mentioned that Saikrishna and Manoranjan used to share a room and clarified that her brother is currently working from home.

Six individuals, including Manoranjan and Sagar Sharma, who entered the Lok Sabha, and Amol Shinde and Neelam Azad, responsible for deploying smoke canisters outside Parliament, have been detained thus far.

Lalit Jha, suspected to be the mastermind behind the breach, and Mahesh Kumawat, accused of assisting Jha, were also among those arrested.

The detainees have conveyed that their actions aimed to raise awareness about issues in Manipur, unemployment, and the challenges faced by farmers.

Despite their claims, Delhi Police are thoroughly investigating all aspects of the incident to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the security breach.
