PM Modi To Visit UAE On July 15 While Returning From Two-Day Visit To France

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be travelling for a visit to Abu Dhabi on July 15, where will engage in extensive discussions with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of Abu Dhabi.
The talks will be aimed at further strengthening bilateral relations in crucial areas such as energy, food security, and defense.
Notably, this visit would be immediately preceded by PM Modi's two-day trip to Paris.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), the comprehensive strategic partnership between India and the UAE has been steadily growing. PM Modi's visit presents an opportunity to explore avenues for further progress in various domains, including energy, education, healthcare, food security, fintech, defense, and culture.
Moreover, the visit will serve as a platform to discuss collaboration on global issues, particularly in light of the UAE's Presidency of COP-28 and India's G-20 Presidency, where the UAE holds a "special invitee" status. Both countries can explore avenues for cooperation and exchange ideas on these important matters.
PM Modi's visit to France on July 13 and 14 is in response to an invitation from French President Emmanuel Macron. This visit signifies the importance of strengthening ties between India and France and signifies the commitment of both leaders to further enhance bilateral relations.
PM Modi has been invited as the guest of honour at the Bastille Day parade in Paris on July 14. A contingent from the Indian armed forces will also be participating in the parade.
President Macron will be hosting a state banquet and a private dinner in honour of the Prime Minister, as announced by the Ministry of External Affairs. Additionally, the two leaders will engage in extensive discussions.
During his visit, the PM Modi is scheduled to meet the Prime Minister of France, as well as the presidents of the Senate and the National Assembly of France, according to the Ministry of External Affairs.
Apart from these official engagements, Modi will also have separate interactions with the Indian diaspora in France, CEOs of Indian and French companies, and prominent French personalities.
Last Thursday, a 269-member tri-services contingent of the Indian armed forces departed for Paris on two C-17 Globemaster aircraft.
