Yogi Government 2.0: CM Adityanath Unveils ‘100-Days Action Plan’, Departments And Schemes Clubbed In Ten Sectors

The Yogi Adityanath government, which returned to power in the state with a resolution to make Uttar Pradesh “number one” in every field, has now started working on “mission mode''. The ‘Yogi Government 2.0’ is planning to work by preparing a roadmap for the next 100 days, six months, and one year. For the same, the government has decided to club the various departments and schemes into ten different sectors.
In this regard, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath convened a review meeting of all the departments in his office at Lok Bhawan, Lucknow. In the meeting, Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra made a detailed presentation with the blueprint of every action for the next hundred days. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, and all cabinet ministers were also present in the meeting.
As reported, CM Adityanath, from 13 April to 20 April, will see the presentations of different departments on the ‘100-day action plan.' The Chief Minister has directed the officials to work out the action plans on the basis of practicality in view of the different ground realities in different areas.

Emphasis On Stray Animals, Free Travel, Social Pension
In its first 100-days agenda, the government has given special emphasis on the issues which it had put prominently before the public in the elections. As per the report, promises like free bus travel for women above 60 years of age, increase in social pensions, distribution of tablets and smartphones to youth, are likely to be implemented soon.
The Animal Husbandry Department has been asked to prepare an effective action plan to resolve the issues related to stray animals. The Excise Department has also been asked to put an end to the deaths that occur due to consumption of spurious liquor.
In the meeting, CM Adityanath emphasised on taking forward the points of ‘Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra’ (UP BJP’s election manifesto) and central schemes through an action plan. The Chief Minister said that necessary changes should be made to promote a better work environment to achieve the set targets.
Pay Special Attention To ‘Ease Of Living’
CM Adityanath emphasised that special attention should be given to 'ease of living' while preparing the action plan. The Chief Minister directed the officials to fast forward programs like One District One Product (ODOP), Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, Swamitva Yojana etc., and use technology to take these plans to the public.
Instructions were also given to increase the resources and enrollment in primary schools. CM Adityanath said that an online system should be developed for immediate and effective redressal of public grievances, so that their reporting and monitoring can be done.

Agricultural production: Agriculture, Marketing, Research, Horticulture, Sugarcane, Livestock, Sericulture, Irrigation-Water Resources, Cooperatives
Industrial Development: Infrastructure, MSME, Energy, IT and Electronics, Civil Aviation, Public Works Department (PWD), Khadi and Village Industries, Institutional Finance
Social Security: Social Welfare, Women Welfare, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Other Backward Classes, Minorities Welfare and Waqf, Labour, Food and Logistics
Health: Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education, AYUSH, Child Development and Nutrition, Food and Drug Administration
Rural Development: Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Namami Gange and Water Supply, Revenue and Rural Engineering
Urban Development: Housing and Urban Planning, Urban Development, Environment and Forests
Tourism and Culture: Culture, Tourism, Charitable Work, Information and Language
Education: Basic Education, Secondary Education, Higher Education, Vocational Education, Technical Education, Sports And Youth Welfare
Revenue: GST, Taxes and Registration, Excise, Transport, Geology and Mining
Miscellaneous sectors: Home, Secretariat Administration, Personnel and Home Guards.
CM Likely To Visit Various Districts
As per this report, the Chief Minister will also visit the various districts to ensure effective implementation of the proposed schemes and programmes. Before the CM’s visit, the ministers in-charge and nodal officers for all the districts are also to be appointed. The minister in charge and the nodal officers will be responsible for monitoring the progress of works under the 100-day action plan.
