Partially Charred Body Of Woman Found In Jaipur Rural, BJP Leaders Attack Congress

On Friday (29 September) morning, a woman's partially charred body was discovered on the roadside in Papad village of Kanota in Bassi tehsil of Jaipur district, raising suspicions of murder, according to the police.

Phoolchand Meena, the ACP of Bassi, mentioned that locals found the half-burnt body, leading to the police's immediate response. Upon reaching the location, the police recovered the body, and a forensics team gathered evidence.

Authorities suspect that the perpetrator deliberately burned the body to obscure the woman's identity, believed to be in her early twenties. A murder case has been registered, and ongoing efforts are being made to identify the victim and apprehend the suspect, stated the ACP.

BJP state president CP Joshi posted on X, "Rajasthan unsafe for women. Incidents like a charred body of a woman found in Jamwaramgarh, rape in police quarter in Deeg are shameful" and questioned what would be more shameful than Congress claiming to form government again.

Another BJP leader, Ramesh Bidhuri, who was recently appointed in-charge of Tonk district posted, "This is Jaipur rural where a partially charred body of a woman was found. Rajasthan is number one in women atrocities."

Targeting Congress leaders of Gandhi family, he further wrote, "Where are you Priyanka Gandhi ji after saying ladki hoon, ladd sakti hoon? Rahul Gandhi ji are you not coming to Jaipur to run your mohabbat ki dukaan?"
