While addressing a rally at Bastar in Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Modi launched a scathing attack on Congress by asserting that the party has been 'outsourced' and senior Congress leaders have been sidelined and silenced within the party.

He ridiculed current Congress leaders using 'jitni abadi, utna haq' slogan by contrasting it with the earlier statement of former Prime Minister and senior Congress leader Manmohan Singh that minorities have first and foremost rights over the country's resources.

At Bastar's Jagdalpur PM Modi said, "Since yesterday, Congress leaders are saying 'jitni aabadi utna haq'... I was wondering what the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would be thinking. He used to say that the minority has the first right to the country's resources...".

He further added, "I am repeating Congress party is no longer being run by Congress people. Senior leaders of Congress are sitting with their mouths shut, neither are they asked, nor do they dare to speak after seeing all this. Now Congress has been outsourced....".

He concluded his speech by asserting that only poor and deprived section of population has foremost right over country's resources and that he is committed towards their welfare.
