Neville Roy Singham, the son of Sri Lankan political scientist and historian Archibald Wickeramaraja Singham, was a professor of political science at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
Based in Shanghai, Neville Roy Singham has established a global financial network that supports Chinese propaganda.
This network extends from Chicago to Shanghai and has even financed a news website in India. The website's coverage was found to contain Chinese government talking points and was subsequently raided by Delhi Police.
According to the same report, Neville Roy Singham is connected to various American charities and non-profit organisations that are actively promoting his agenda.
These propaganda groups receive funding through American non-profits, which have received a total of at least $275 million in donations.
