Tamil Nadu CM Stalin To Have Own Podcast Called 'Speaking For India'

Chief Minister MK Stalin today (31 August) announced that he would be launching a podcast titled 'Speaking for India', in which he would speak about saving India from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and fulfilling goals such as egalitarianism, social justice and fraternity.

The podcast comes a few months after he started a video series called 'Ungalil Oruvan' which is structured in question-answer format.

In a video released on X (formerly Twitter), to launch the podcast, he said that the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is a grand old party that will reach its 75th year in 2024 and its leaders like former chief ministers CN Annadurai and M Karunanidhi have played an important role in Indian politics. He said that the time has come for the party to speak for all of India.

"I am going to talk about this in a podcast series. Shall we title it "Speaking for India"? Wait for this voice from the south."

A statement posted by the DMK stated that the audio would be translated to English and other regional languages.
