Indian Railways: Mobility Solutions Bags Rs 100 Crore Contract For Essential Components Of Vande Bharat Express

Mobility Solutions Ltd (MSL) announced that it has secured a contract worth Rs 100 crore from Indian Railways. The contract involves the delivery and installation of essential components for the Vande Bharat Express.
MSL is presently fulfilling the order, according to a statement from the company.
MSL is a subsidiary of the JCBL Group, which is a diversified corporation. Fibre reinforced polymers (FRP), Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), sheet metal, and a variety of railway interior solutions are among the broad spectrum of products that MSL manufactures.
According to the agreement, MSL will provide eight nose cones, 16 rakes of interior panelling with toilets, and 16 coaches per rake. This was announced by the firm.
The contract entails the development, provision, and installation of several essential components, including Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) interior panels for walls, roofs, side walls, and partitions, toilets with doors, critical equipment, roller blinds, and other accessories.
The Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai will receive delivery of the completed units within the current financial year as the company's production units are running at full capacity. The company assures clients that timely delivery will be made, ensuring client satisfaction.
Meeting the rising demands for Vande Bharat trains is becoming more and more urgent for manufacturers.
As such, JCBL Group's managing director, Rishi Aggarwal, stated the importance of delivering high-quality train components for assembly without delay, reports Economic Times.
Indian Railways hopes to boost the Vande Bharat Express's overall efficiency, reliability, and safety through its latest supply contract. The contract aims to increase the dependability and safety of the locomotive while upgrading its efficiency and reliability.
