A doctor posted at the Covid-19 treatment ward in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) opened about the challenges which come with her duty.
While speaking to ANI, Dr Ambika revealed that while talking to her parents back home, she realises in the event of her parents or family members falling sick, she may not be able to go back and care for them.
While shedding a tear, she added that nobody will be able to tolerate the guilt arising out of such a situation.
Dr Ambika added that she has not been able to meet with her parents for quite some time but praised the strength they exude in such a situation. She says that never during any telephonic conversations have her parents asked her to put her life above her duty and come back home.
