The Congress party, banking entirely on its promised minimum income guarantee scheme or Nyuntam Aay Yojana (NYAY), has released its campaign tagline “Ab Hoga Nyay”, reports Indian Express.
Announcing that the Congress campaign will be built around the concept of ''nyay'' (justice), senior Congress leader Anand Sharma said, "People talk on the non-performance, non-deliverance of the BJP government for the last five years. Betrayal, false promises and justice has been denied to the poor”, as reported by NDTV.
No clear details or outline have been provided about how the objectives of the said scheme would be achieved and executed, though senior leader P Chidambaram has said that the scheme would be executed in phases, and that the expenditure of the scheme will be shared between the states and the centre.
Having declared its tagline for the polls, the party has also finalised the media and marketing agencies to drive its campaign, and the creative media work is being executed by a Bengaluru based agency, reports Indian Express.
Also, major agencies like Percept, Golden rabbit, Active Media and Khushi Advertising have been hired for different aspects of election campaign.

Introducing ElectionsHQ + 50 Ground Reports Project
The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
