Navi Mumbai: 11 Suspected Coronavirus Patients Flee Government Hospital, Third Such Incident In Maharashtra

Eleven individuals with a travel history to Dubai who were suspected of having contacted coronavirus have fled from a government hospital in Navi Mumbai, Times Now has reported.
The patients were had gone to play a cricket match in Dubai, were admitted to an isolation ward at the hospital while health authorities awaited their Covid-19 test results. They fled the hospital two hours after being admitted.
The Navi Mumbai police is now on the lookout to trace these missing patients.
Incidentally, two such incidents were earlier reported from Maharashtra. Three suspected coronavirus patients had slipped out of the quarantine facility in Ahmednagar district on Saturday (14 March). Two eventually returned back that night.
Similarly, four suspected coronavirus patients went missing from a Nagpur hospital. Following a manhunt, three were located and brought back to the Mayo Hospital where they were under observation since the past few days.
