Congress MLA Aditi Singh (Pic via Twitter)Congress MLA from Rae Bareli Aditi Singh has slammed her own party over the ongoing 1,000 buses for migrant controversy and in another tweet praised Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
In her first tweet Singh questioned the need for such petty politics at the time of the pandemic. She added that out of the list of 1,000 buses 297 were junk, 98 were small vehicles like auto-rickshaws and ambulances and 68 did not have proper registration papers.
While calling it a cruel joke Singh questioned why could the party not use these buses in Punjab, Maharashtra and Rajasthan if they were at the party’s disposal.
In the second tweet, Singh said that when kids from Uttar Pradesh were stuck in Kota, the Congress government was unable to drop them event to the state border.
“Then Shri Yogi Adityanath ji arranged buses overnight and sent the boys home, this act was also praised by the Rajasthan Chief Minister”, added Singh.
