Blue Vanquisher and From Dior To Dharma

Indic Book Club invites you for a twin book launch of Manoshi Sinha's Blue Vanquisher – Krishn Trilogy-2 and Shruti Bakshi's From Dior to Dharma, on 31 August at Gulmohar Hall, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The occasion is being marked by the presence of two remarkable, brave, powerful and inspiring thinkers and doers of our times who have redefined dharma, inner strength and commitment to Bharat – Major General G D Bakshi, who will preside over as chief guest, and Olympian and world-renowned wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt, as guest of honour.

Blue Vanquisher Krishn Trilogy-2, is Manoshi Sinha's fourth novel. Krishna – "Krishn" in this purist's voice, has everything planned for the 18th battle with Jarasandh. His priority, for this attack, is the safety of the people of Mathura. Krishna would defend by shifting people to Dwarka, protecting lives against the attack. Manoshi's first novel, Made for Each Other, was published in 2000, followed by The Stigma of Womanhood, in 2005. Her third novel, The Eighth Avatar, is the first in the Krishn Trilogy series.

Shruti Bakshi's book, From Dior to Dharma, a journey in spiritual truths is her debut novel. The book’s protagonist Maya comes to the realisation that there is a greater law, dharma, that she has been out of sync with.

Shruti Bakshi is the founder and director of the LivingWise Project (www.livingwiseproject.com), a platform which aims to create a more conscious society by sharing the wisdom of Indian spiritual traditions. She previously worked in banking and financial services at top corporations for several years across London and Paris.
