Our intention? We want to grow into a self sustaining, influential media company that is wholly dependent and answerable to its readers. Plus, we were clear that the project is not an attempt to make ends meet but to pursue a strategy of aggressive growth and expansion. Just as old media is shrinking due to flawed business models and a lack of engaged readership, we want to commit to further engaging readers and making them part of our business model.
After about a year, we've reached one-fourth of our goal, and there's still a long way to go.
