The local police have confirmed that the structure is protected by the Archaeological Survey of India.

Upon learning of this development, the police took immediate action. The idol, which had been left behind by the unidentified individuals, has been safely removed from Bhojshala.

Dr. Indrajeet Balkawar, the Additional Superintendent of Police in Dhar, stated, "The accused individuals cut through the metallic wired fencing at the rear and placed the stone idol inside the premises."
