May 29: On June 10, Odisha will witness the swearing-in of its first BJP Chief Minister, says PM Modi

On the final day of campaigning, PM Narendra Modi addressed enthusiastic public meetings in Odisha's Mayurbhanj, Balasore, and Kendrapara.

"After five decades, the country is poised to form a full majority government for the third consecutive time. The development that people had not witnessed for decades has been seen in the past 10 years," he declared galvanising the crowd.

He added, "Before 2014, less than 40 % of villages in the country had proper sanitation. Today, we have achieved the target of 100 %. Previously, LPG connections were available in only 50-55 % of households. Today, almost 100 % of households have been freed from smoke."

"Until 2014, more than 75 % of rural families did not have access to tap water. Today, approximately 75 % of households receive water through taps. The idea that free food grains and free medical treatment could be available was unimaginable. Today, Modi has made it possible."

Promising that India will become the third largest economic power in the world, PM reiterated that "in the next five years, we will witness an ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ in many sectors. We will see a complete transformation of highways, expressways, and railways. This will directly benefit our eastern regions, including Odisha."

Commenting on Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, PM said that all well-wishers of Naveen Babu are deeply concerned and very distressed to see how Naveen Babu's health suddenly deteriorated in the last year.

"People who have been close to Naveen Babu for years now discuss this with me when they meet. They tell me that Naveen Babu is now unable to make any decisions on his own. People who have been close to Naveen Babu for a long time now believe that there might be some conspiracy behind his deteriorating health," said the PM.

"I am pleased that Odisha has decided to put an end to 25 years of BJD rule. On June 10, Odisha will witness the swearing-in of its first BJP Chief Minister."

Talking of BJP's dedication to tribal welfare, PM Modi reminded the crowd, "BJP was the first to include the Santhali language in the Eighth Schedule. I am the first Prime Minister to visit the village of Lord Birsa Munda. It is the Modi government that declared Lord Birsa Munda's birth anniversary as 'Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas'."

Some other highlights from his speeches:

- "Many families in this region are engaged in the collection of forest products like ‘Sal’ leaves, ‘Sabai’ grass, and ‘Kendu’ leaves. Odisha BJP guarantees to purchase kendu leaves at 2 rupees per carry and provide a bonus."

- "You trusted the BJD for 25 years, but the BJD has broken your trust at every step. This same BJD government had introduced a law to grab the lands of tribal brothers. Due to pressure from the BJP, they had to withdraw it."

- "BJD has also looted your mineral resources. Modi established the District Mineral Fund, giving thousands of crores of rupees to Odisha. The BJD committed fraud even with this fund."

- "Corruption of BJD leaders has devastated the farmers of Odisha. These BJD leaders, who once didn't even own a bicycle, now ride in long luxury cars... Every guarantee of Modi reaches 100 %, no scams, no middlemen."

- "As soon as a BJP Chief Minister is elected here, work will begin to transform the beautiful beaches of Odisha. Every potential for pilgrimage and sea tourism in Odisha will be explored and developed."

- "On June 10th, Odisha will witness the historic oath-taking of the first BJP Chief Minister, who will be a son or daughter of Odisha."

- "We made, the world's tallest statue, the Statue of Unity in India; the world's largest office building in India; Atal Setu, one of Asia's largest sea bridges; Atal Tunnel, one of the world's highest tunnels; the new Parliament building, the National War Memorial for martyrs."

- "Panchteerth is dedicated to Babasaheb Ambedkar. A memorial for Lord Birsa Munda. A statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on Kartavya Path in Delhi. Islands in Andaman named after Param Vir Chakra awardees. The implementation of the National Education Policy and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, replacing the British-made Indian Penal Code."

- "The BJP will come and open all four doors of the Shri Jagannath Temple for devotees."

May 28: Prayers at Sri Sri Sarada Mayer Bari, Roadshow in Kolkata

PM Modi offered prayers at Sri Sri Sarada Mayer Bari before his roadshow in Kolkata.

The road show began from the base of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's statue at Shyambazar Five Point Crossing and concluded at the ancestral residence of Swami Vivekananda on Simla Street in North Kolkata.

He was accompanied by state BJP leaders Sukanta Majumdar and Suvendu Adhikari.

May 28-29: Time to shift away from divisive tactics, embrace politics of performance and accountability, Modi in Bengal

PM Modi addressed rallies in West Bengal's Barasat, Jadavpur, and Mathurapur.

"Today, India is on the path to becoming developed. The strongest pillar of this development is eastern India. In the last 10 years, the expenses made by the BJP Government in eastern India was never made in 60-70 years," he said.

Here are some key highlights from his speeches:

- "Before independence, Bengal was a thriving hub of employment for countless Indians. Today, however, many factories in Bengal lie dormant, forcing its youth to seek opportunities elsewhere. The blame for this decline falls squarely on the shoulders of Congress, followed by the Left, and now TMC."

- "Ten years ago, I pledged to eradicate corruption, and I've upheld that promise. Now, I assure the nation that ‘Naa Khaunga, Naa Khane Dunga’! Recent recoveries of illicit funds from TMC leaders will be thoroughly investigated, and legal measures are being implemented to ensure justice."

- "Modi vows to examine the ill-gotten gains of corrupt individuals. An X-ray so powerful that it will deter future generations from indulging in corruption."

- "Calcutta High Court's verdict has unmasked TMC's deception towards the OBCs in Bengal. By designating 77 Muslim castes as OBCs, TMC unlawfully deprived lakhs of OBC youths of their rights. Yet, observe the response of the TMC CM following this judicial decision, here questions are being raised on the intentions of the judges."

- "Saints associated with ISKCON, Ramakrishna Mission, and Bharat Sevashram Sangh faced disparagement. All this just to appease their vote bank. Furthermore, when sisters from Sandeshkhali sought justice, TMC chose to target them instead."

- "Despite its claims of advocating for the welfare of the people and the land, TMC's actions have sowed fear among mothers and insulted the sanctity of the soil. Even TMC's women MLAs who dare to speak out against its hooliganism face retaliation."

- "Forget TMC, no power in the world can impede the implementation of CAA."

- "Both TMC and Congress exhibit anti-democratic tendencies. From Panchayat to Lok Sabha elections, Bengal's electoral process is marred by violence, revealing the terror tactics employed by TMC."

- "It's time to shift away from divisive tactics and embrace a politics centred on performance and accountability."

May 28: Our tribal daughters are being targeted by infiltrators, PM Modi in Dumka

PM Modi held an election rally in Dumka, Jharkhand, where he accused the Congress of looting money in the name of the poor. "Modi came and stopped all that. Today, public money is used for public interest. Our mothers and sisters, neglected by previous governments, were uplifted by Modi," he said.

Here are some highlights from his speech:

- "The work we've accomplished in the past 10 years must be taken further in the next 5 years. We will make 3 crore mothers and sisters 'Lakhpati Didis'... we will provide new and permanent houses to 3 crore more poor... I've launched the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, for installing solar panels on your homes. You will use the electricity generated at home and earn money by selling the surplus to the government."

- "JMM and Congress are looting Jharkhand from all sides. Look around you... beautiful mountains, but Jharkhand is now infamous for its mountains of currency notes. Crores of rupees are being seized."

- "For the INDI Alliance, only their vote bank matters. They have no regard for the tribal society’s interests. Wherever they come to power, tribal society and culture are in danger. Their weapons against tribals are racism, infiltration, and appeasement!"

- "Our tribal daughters are being targeted by infiltrators. Their safety and lives are in danger. We must act to protect them and their future."

- "Their formula is simple: engage in extreme communal politics and appeasement, protect separatists and terrorists, and accuse anyone opposing them of dividing Hindus and Muslims. INDI Alliance wants to give reservations to Muslims based on religion. Modi stands firm—I will not let the reservation for SC, ST, and OBC be looted."

- "Coming from a humble background, Modi understands the needs of the Dalit, deprived, and tribal areas that were long overlooked."

May 25-26: People in Ghazipur had to sift grains from gobar and eat, PM Modi recalls Congress era

PM Modi addressed massive rallies in Uttar Pradesh's Ghazipur, Mirzapur, Ghosi, and Bansgaon.

In Ghazipur, he said "After independence, Congress had sworn not to develop this area, forcing its people to live in suffocating poverty... Today, I feel immense satisfaction knowing our government provides free ration to every poor household."

"Old-timers would remember that our Gahmari Babu had first drawn attention to the pain of this region.. And with tears in his eyes, babuji described how people here used to sift through the gobar (dung) of animals for wheat and eat it."

Contrasting INDI Alliance's policies with NDA-BJP's, he sais, "while dynastic leaders built palaces; the poor, farmers, labourers, Dalits, and deprived struggled, Modi’s government has changed lives."

"In 10 years, 25 crore people rose from poverty.. we've made PM-Awas a reality, opened bank accounts, electrified every village, provided water to every household, and with Ayushman cards ensured no poor person sells land for treatment."

Here are other key highlights from his rallies in Uttar Pradesh on May 25-26:

- "INDI Alliance is looting the reservations meant for Dalits and backward classes, conspiring to allocate them based on religion instead. They aim to strip reservations from castes like Pasi, Jatav, Lonia, Kurmi, Yadav, Bind, Nishad, and Patel."

- "INDI Alliance has vowed to reinstate Article 370 in Kashmir, a move that threatens to reignite terrorism and embolden Pakistan."

- "Why has India decided to form the Modi government for the third time? The straightforward reason is, honest intentions, good policies, and national integrity."

- "They are talking about having five Prime Ministers in five years. Tell me, if a Prime Minister is busy saving his chair, can he make the country strong?"

- "They had tarnished the name of Mirzapur. They had made the entire UP, especially Purvanchal, a haven for the mafia... Now, Yogi Ji has launched a cleanliness drive here. During the SP govt, public used to tremble in fear, but now, under the BJP, mafia trembles in fear."

- "SP-Congress people now want to write in the Constitution itself that Muslims should be given reservations. That is why they want to change the Constitution... SP-Congress people are dedicated to their vote bank, whereas Modi is dedicated to the interests of the poor, Dalits, and the underprivileged."

- "Through the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, around 1,000 crore rupees have been transferred to the accounts of farmers in Mirzapur. Modi has already built 4 crore permanent houses. Another 3 crore permanent houses are to be given to the poor."

- "Modi is also paving the way for you to earn from electricity. Our government is providing 75,000 rupees to install solar panels on rooftops. Use as much electricity as you need for free, and the government will buy the rest."

- "This area is the domain of our craftsmen, artists, and Vishwakarma families. Modi is working to ensure that your products reach not just the national market but also the global market. We launched the One District One Product scheme and now have brought the PM Vishwakarma Scheme."

- "Mirzapur and Robertsganj have emerged as models of women empowerment. Sister Anupriya has already been doing excellent work in my cabinet. This time, Sister Rinki Kaul has also made history as the first female candidate from Robertsganj."

- "For the past 7 years, Purvanchal has been choosing the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. That's why Purvanchal is the most special. Ghazipur, Ballia, and Salempur are not just electing MPs, but choosing the PM of the country."

- "Our country manufactures BrahMos missiles. Soon Uttar Pradesh will also manufacture BrahMos missiles. Despite global demand for BrahMos, Congress obstructed potential sales. Why? INDI people don't want self-reliant India in defense or exporting weapons. They prefer foreign deals, continuing the legacy from Bofors to Augusta Westland. We advocate for a self-reliant defense sector."

May 25: Their aim is to play musical chairs with the Prime Minister's seat, PM Modi's sharp attack on INDI Alliance

PM Narendra Modi addressed rallies in Bihar's Pataliputra, Karakat & Buxar where he praised the dedication of BJP workers, attributing the party's success to their tireless efforts.

Pointing at opposition's complaints about EVMs, he said it was the best indicator of NDA's upcoming victory.

Here are some key highlights from his speech:

- "Modi is dedicated to building a Viksit and Aatmanirbhar Bharat by 2047... is working tirelessly to enhance national security and modernize infrastructure.. but INDI Alliance has no agenda but to criticize Modi and cater to their vote bank."

- PM highlighted INDI Alliance’s 'five years, five PMs' — "The contenders? A parade of family members: sons and daughters from the Gandhi, SP, National Conference, NCP, TMC, AAP, fake Shiv Sena, and RJD families. Their aim is to play musical chairs with the Prime Minister's seat, driven by dynastic politics rather than national interest."

- "The RJD-Congress and their allies are betraying these very communities. The Constitution and Baba Saheb Ambedkar clearly state there should be no reservation based on religion."

- "Every caste, including Yadav, Kurmi, Kushwaha, Kalwar, Teli, Suri, Kanu, Nishad, Paswan, Ravidas, and Musahar, has been robbed of their rightful reservation."

- "Congress allowed grains to rot while refusing to feed the poor... our policy is of opening warehouse doors to every needy person, ensuring no mother stays awake worrying about feeding her child."

- "INDI Alliance warned that building a temple in Ayodhya would cause chaos. Today, Ramlala sits in a grand temple, and there is no unrest. They claimed that removing Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir would ignite turmoil. Modi, undeterred by their threats, decisively removed Article 370."

- "I guarantee the people of Bihar that those who looted the poor and exploited land in exchange for jobs will face justice. The countdown to their jail journey has begun."

- "Why does the INDI Alliance ask for your votes? They want to cancel CAA, allow infiltrators free entry, re-impose Article 370 in Kashmir, and endanger the lives of our sons on the border. Choose wisely, vote for BJP."

May 24: Congress history books glorified its own family and Mughals, neglected sacrifices of Sahibzadas, says PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed public gatherings in Punjab's Gurdaspur and Jalandhar where he reflected upon the special bond between the sacred land of Punjab and the Bharatiya Janata Party.

"Who knows the real face of the INDI alliance better than Punjab? They've inflicted the most wounds on our Punjab. The wound of division after independence, the long period of instability due to selfishness, a long period of unrest in Punjab, an attack on the brotherhood of Punjab, and an insult to our faith, what hasn't Congress done in Punjab?" asked PM Modi.

He added, "Here, they fueled separatism. Then they orchestrated a massacre of Sikhs in Delhi. As long as Congress was in the Central government, they saved the rioters. It's Modi who opened the files of the Sikh riots. It's Modi who got the culprits punished."

Speaking on National Security, Prime Minister attacked the INDI alliance calling them "a great danger to the security of the country."

"They are talking about reintroducing Article 370 in Kashmir. They want terrorism back in Kashmir. They want to hand over Kashmir to separatists again. They will send messages of friendship to Pakistan again. They will send roses to Pakistan. Pakistan will carry out bomb blasts," he warned.

"Congress will say, we have to talk no matter what," said Modi, "for this, Congress has already started creating an atmosphere... their leaders are saying, Pakistan has an atomic bomb. Their people are saying, we'll have to live in fear of Pakistan."

Accusing Congress of having "no faith in India," Modi said that "scion of Congress [Rahul Gandhi] tarnish the country's image when they go abroad. They say that India is not a nation. Therefore, they want to change the nation's identity."

"The mentor of the scion [Sam Pitroda] has said that the construction of the Ram temple and celebrating Ram Navami in the country threatens the identity of India," said PM.

"Punjab's development is Modi's priority," declared PM Modi, "BJP government is building highways like the Delhi-Katra highway and the Amritsar-Pathankot highway... developing railway facilities."

"Our effort is to create new opportunities to benefit the farmers... we have procured record amounts of rice and wheat... MSP has been increased by two and a half times... Farmers are receiving PM Kisan Samman Nidhi for seeds, fertilizers, and other necessities," he added.

PM Modi criticized the Congress' appeasement politics. He claimed that Congress favored its vote bank at the expense of accurate historical narratives.

"Congress favoured its own family and Mughal families in history books, neglecting the sacrifices of our Sahibzadas... this skewed version of history left generations unaware of the true events... Congress hid these truths to protect its vote bank and avoid exposing its misdeeds," PM noted.

Underscoring BJP-NDA's commitment to Hindu and Sikh families left behind during the partition, PM cited CAA as a significant step towards granting them Indian citizenship.

He also warned that "Congress intends to repeal the law if they come to power, denying these communities their rightful citizenship."

Attacking the Jhadu Party (AAP) he called it "photocopy party" of Congress. Saying that it has adopted Congress's oppressive tactics, PM condemned its oppressive actions against media.

PM Modi warned that voting for either Congress or Aam Aadmi Party, is voting against Punjab's interests.

May 23: Opened the doors of military schools and defense academies for daughters, says Modi in Himachal

PM held rallies in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla and Mandi.

"When the country didn't even know Modi, I was among you. Times have changed, but Modi has not changed. Modi's relationship with Himachal remains the same," said the Prime Minister emphasising his connect with the Himalayan state.

"Today, I have come to seek your blessings for the BJP government for the third time. I need your blessings to make India strong, to make India Viksit, and for a developed Himachal."

"After 5 phases of elections, a BJP-NDA government is assured. Now, Himachal will score a hat-trick with a 4-0 victory. Vote for those who will form the government. What is the point of wasting your vote?" asked PM Modi.

"Modi will risk his life for you but will not let any harm come to you," he said adding, "Himachal Pradesh is a state bordering the frontier. The people of Himachal understand the importance of a strong government."

Criticising the Congress, he said they "used to plead around the world... why should India go to the world? India will fight its battles on its own."

"This is the same Congress that left the border areas of India to their fate. Modi has given many times more money than Congress. Today, hundreds of kilometers of new roads have been built along the border. Today, the lives of soldiers and our people living near the border have become easier."

PM also took on Congress on the issue of OROP. "Congress made military families yearn for One Rank One Pension for four decades... It is Modi who has implemented OROP... given about 1.25 lakh crore rupees to former soldiers through OROP."

"You people of Himachal tell me, did you feel good visiting Ram Lalla? But Congress cannot tolerate the Ram temple. Congress is conspiring to lock the Ram temple. Will you allow the Ram temple to be locked?"

"No one thought that institutions like IIIT, IIM, and AIIMS could exist in Himachal. But with Modi, it is possible. Himachal has received a bulk drugs park and a medical device park. Himachal is among the first states in the country where the Vande Bharat train started."

"Modi has guaranteed to make 3 crore sisters associated with self-help groups ‘Lakhpati Didis.’ Modi has also brought a big scheme to make your electricity bill zero. With the ‘PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana’ your bill will be zero, and you will also earn thousands of rupees."

"Congress royal family is staunchly against daughters. The entire Congress is vehemently anti-women."

"I have opened the doors of military schools and defense academies for daughters. The doors that were once closed for daughters in the army have also been opened. The number of women in central forces has more than doubled in ten years. Whether fighter pilots or passenger aircraft pilots, the coming five years are going to be a soaring flight for daughters."

May 23: Our government has always been inspired by Sikh traditions, says PM in Patiala

"After the five phases of voting, the message of the people of India resonates with 'Fir ek Baar, Modi Sarkar'," said PM Modi addressing a rally in Patiala, Punjab.

Here are some key highlights from his speech:

- "On one hand, there is Modi who aims to manufacture fighter jets in India, and on the other, there is the INDI alliance that aimed to dismantle India’s nuclear arsenal."

- "While the NDA has eliminated terrorism, enabled 25 crores to exit multidimensional poverty, INDI alliance shed tears over encounters of terrorists, perpetuated generations of poverty, and turned India into a 'Loot machine'."

- "Rampant corruption and dampened industrial prospects have destroyed the state of Punjab... resource mafia, drugs mafia, and shooter gangs rule the roost in Punjab."

- "The state government of Punjab is debt-ridden, and its CM is only CM on paper... Corrupt Congress and AAP are two sides of the same coin aiming to plunder Punjab and deprive it of any development."

- "It was the INDI alliance’s divisive politics that caused the partition of India and kept us away from the Kartarpur Sahib for 70 years."

- "INDI alliance opposes the CAA owing to their vote-bank politics... and prevent our Sikh brothers and sisters from coming to India after facing the horrors of partition."

- "Our government has always been inspired by Sikh traditions... In the next 5 years, we aim to make India a manufacturing hub with Punjab's contributions, and Patiala will emerge as a hub for education."

May 23: Congress converted Haryana into a machine of 'Loot', says PM Modi

Beginning with the greeting of Buddha Purnima, PM Modi addressed an election rally in Haryana's Bhiwani-Mahendragarh. He added, "a glass of Rabdi and a roti with onion are enough to satisfy one’s hunger."

"The 2024 elections will determine the future of India," he said while criticising INDI bloc's "5 years, 5 PMs" formula and "politics of communalism, casteism & dynasty."

He also attacked Congress saying it aims to provide religion-based reservations at the expense of SC-ST-OBCs. Similarly, he called out TMC for granting OBC reservations to illegal immigrants from the minority community.

"Reservation for SC-ST-OBCs is their 'Adhikar' & Modi is the 'Chowkidar' of this 'Adhikar'," he declared.

"Congress not only insults our faith but also our Tiranga," he said pointing to Article 370 keeping Kashmir away from India for 70 years. "Congress betrayed the trust of our Indian Bravehearts in the case of OROP."

"Congress converted Haryana into a machine of 'Loot' and a Transfer-Posting industry," he noted, "In the last decade, the face of infrastructure has changed, enabling holistic development... the next 5 years will be dedicated to India’s Semiconductors, Drones, Food Processing & Startups."

In the end, PM Modi acknowledged the contributions of Chaudhary Bansi Lal Ji to the development of Mahendragarh-Bhiwani.

May 22: My Sikh brothers and sisters were burned alive; every party standing with Congress is guilty of the Sikh riots, Modi in Delhi

After Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi held a public meeting in West Delhi's Dwarka where he emphasised the stark differences between the governance models of the BJP and the Congress-led INDI alliance.

"BJP’s development model says, Nation First. On the other hand, Congress and the INDI alliance’s only agenda is Family First. This INDI alliance is a symbol of every evil that exists in the country today. They are highly communal, casteist, and family-oriented."

Attacking INDI Alliance on the issue of communalism, "It was in this very Delhi that my Sikh brothers and sisters were burned alive with burning tires around their necks. Whose crime was this? Congress."

"Every party standing under the Congress umbrella is guilty of the Sikh riots. It is Modi who is delivering justice to the victims of the Sikh riots. As soon as Modi came to power, an SIT was formed. Hundreds of cases were reopened. The Congress leaders who were roaming freely have been punished by us," added Modi.

PM also spoke about religion-based reservation in Jamia Milia University. He said, "For 60 years, it remained a regular educational institution... Dalits, backward classes, and tribals used to get reservations. But in 2011, the Congress government played a trick. Suddenly Jamia Millia University was declared a minority institution and imposed a 50 percent reservation for Muslims."

"Just today, the Calcutta High Court has given a big slap to this INDI alliance. The court has canceled all OBC certificates issued since 2010. Why? Because they issued unwarranted OBC certificates to Muslims," said PM Modi accusing INDI Alliance of unabashed appeasement politics.

Responding to Rahul Gandhi's statement on system being against the lower castes, PM Modi said, "Shehzada of Congress has accepted a big truth. The Shehzada has admitted that the system established during his grandmother's, father's, and mother's time, was vehemently opposed to Dalits, backward classes, and tribals. This very system of Congress has destroyed many generations of SC-ST-OBC."

"You will be amazed to know, that 150,000 metric tons of waste from Okhla and Ghazipur have been used in the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway," said PM highlighting infrastructure development, "Govt of India is spending billions of rupees on the connectivity infrastructure in Delhi. The magnificent expressways we are building, and they are not only making travel easier but also helping to reduce the mountains of garbage."

May 22: "When India speaks, the world listens. When India decides, the world follows," Modi in Uttar Pradesh

PM Modi addressed huge rallies in Uttar Pradesh's Basti and Shravasti where he declared, "Five phases of elections have solidified the path for the Modi govt's third term. Now, every vote cast for SP-Congress will be wasted, as they won't form the government."

"When India speaks, the world listens. When India decides, the world follows," asserted PM Modi.

"Pakistan is devastated, yet its sympathizers in the SP and Congress try to scare India, saying we should fear Pakistan's atom bomb. Why should India be afraid? Bharat Aaj Ghar Mein Ghus Kar Maarta Hai!"

Taking a jibe at Pakistan, Modi said "the nation that once harboured terrorists and threatened us now finds itself in a dire situation, struggling even for food grains."

Modi expressed surprise on the INDI Alliance's predictions, "I am surprised by the repeated release of flop films starring the ‘Shehzadas’ of SP and Congress. Now, these two are spreading rumours together, claiming they will win 79 seats in UP. This is nothing but daydreaming."

"On June 4, the people of UP will wake them up from their slumber, and then they'll surely blame the EVMs," he warned the crowd.

Here are other key highlights from the speech:

  • "Our country waited 500 years for the Ram temple, but these INDI leaders have a problem with Lord Ram himself. Senior SP leaders dismiss the Ram temple as useless and label its devotees as hypocrites. Another INDI leader even called the Ram temple unholy. They openly speak of destroying Sanatan Dharma, led by Congress."

  • "They go against the Constitution's spirit, advocating for reservations based on religion. They are taking away reservations from Dalits and backward classes to give them to Muslims."

  • "Our sisters and daughters were afraid to leave their homes. People feared buying land due to mafia takeovers. Remember how goons and mafias were welcomed by SP?"

- "The leaders of the INDI alliance talk about the destruction of ‘Shakti’, but after June 4, the Modi government will make your ‘shakti’ into a ‘Mahashakti’. I am continuously working for you."

May 21: 2024 polls will decide the flow of Triveni of India's future, Modi in Prayagraj

- "Shehzada of Congress goes abroad to insult India... Their agenda is to reinstate Article 370 in Kashmir. Their agenda is to cancel the CAA. Their agenda is to repeal the stringent laws against corruption."

- "Modi's mantra is, ‘Vikas Bhi, Virasat Bhi’. A grand Ram Mandir has been built in Ayodhya. Now, the development of Nishadraj's Shringverpur will also be done. Shringverpur will become a major pilgrimage site on the Ram Van Gaman Path."

- "There are many first-time voters in UP, who might not know much, what used to happen during the days of the dynastic parties? How it was difficult for our sisters and daughters to step out of the house. Industries and businesses were ruined."

- "Congress government has given the OBC quota to Muslims. Now, they want to do the same across the country... Modi is here on the land of Prayagraj to guarantee that I will not let them take away the reservations meant for Dalits and backward classes. And this is Modi's guarantee."

May 21: In Bihar, PM lists '3 Evils' of INDI bloc — Communal, Casteist, Dynastic

PM Modi held election rallies in Bihar's East Champaran and Maharajganj where he said that he aims to work tirelessly for the people, putting in even more effort than before.

"I guarantee you, I will work hard for you day and night, even harder than before. My goal is to build a developed Bihar and a developed India for you, for your future, and for your children's future," he said.

"I have no personal heirloom; my heirloom is you, and you are my heirs. I have no other heir. Therefore, I must ensure a bright future for you and your children," PM Modi added.

PM said that the INDI alliance has been completely defeated with the conclusion of the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha polls.

Addressing the crowd in Bihar's East Champaran, PM Modi asserted that the outcome of the sixth and seventh phases of the elections is already clear based on the "enthusiasm and blessings" of those attending his rallies.

Attacking the INDI Alliance, PM Modi said, "Those who consider themselves the overlords of the people will face such a resounding defeat from the public that the world will stand in awe".

"India of the 21st century cannot move forward with the sins of the INDI alliance. That is why in every election, the public is delivering a strong blow to parties like Congress and RJD. On 4 June, there will be the biggest strike against the intentions of the INDI alliance," declared PM Modi.

He stressed that "this strike will be against corruption in the country, the politics of appeasement, the divisive 'tukde-tukde' gang, the dirty mentality that pits society against itself, the perverse mindset that insults Sanatan Dharma, and against criminals, mafias, and the lawlessness. This strike will also target the anti-women mentality."

Referencing Gandhi's connection to Champaran and cleanliness, PM Modi reflected, "here in Champaran, revered Bapu practiced Satyagraha and Swachhagraha. After independence, Congress should have initiated a movement for cleanliness inspired by this. But they focused all their attention on promoting one family. Congress and its allies wasted 60 years of the country."

"It was only after 60-70 years of independence when Modi came, that toilets reached every household, that electricity reached every house. This is Modi who took the initiative to provide gas to every home. This is Modi who is working so hard to provide tap water to every household."

PM highlighted various developmental initiatives in Bihar. "A central university has been established in Champaran. A research center for agriculture. The Sardar Patel Cooperative Training Institute. A cylinder plant. IFFCO markets. A large dairy plant. Bridges, highways, modernizing railway stations. All these have created employment and development opportunities."

"INDI alliance cannot tolerate that the people of this country are going to choose Modi again for the next five years," said PM Modi.

"When they gather, three evils are visible. First, these INDI alliance people are extremely communal, 100% communal. Second, these INDI alliance people are extremely casteist. Third, these INDI alliance people are extremely dynastic."

May 20: TMC poses a threat to Bengal's identity, PM in Jhargam

PM Modi addressed a massive rally in Bengal's Jhargam.

He attacked the TMC, "despite their attempts to rally support, the people of Bengal are not swayed. Seeing their downfall, TMC resorts to abusing the BJP and threatening the public. Yesterday they attacked Congress, but today they claim to be part of the INDI Alliance."

Here are key highlights:

- "For 60 years, they chanted slogans of eradicating poverty, yet failed to deliver. The country knows it is Modi who made India the world's fifth-largest economy, lifted 25 crore people out of poverty, and resolved long-standing issues."

- "Article 370 was removed, terrorism buried in Kashmir, Pakistan given a fitting response, Naxalism broken, and corruption curbed. This son of the poor is dedicated to the welfare of every citizen."

- "Government jobs are under the grip of TMC's syndicate. There's a rate card for jobs."

- "TMC poses a threat not only to the people of Bengal but also to Bengal's identity... entire country is concerned about Bengal. Every day there is violence in Bengal... BJP karyakartas are attacked... communal riots are becoming common in Bengal... there are attempts to erase the identity of tribal brothers and sisters."

- "TMC is concerned only about its vote bank. They are allowing infiltrators to settle in Bengal, leading to a decline in the population of Bengal's border areas. These infiltrators come into our country and occupy the lands of our Dalits, backward classes, and tribals."

- "TMC and Congress together want to legalize the occupation of infiltrators. The Congress party is saying they will investigate everyone's property. Then they will give your money, your land to their vote bank."

- "I challenged Congress and the INDI alliance, demanding a commitment that they won't revoke SC, ST, OBC reservations or grant reservations to Muslims. Since then, they have fallen silent out of fear."

- "Shehzada is banging the rhythm to say that Congress will give reservations to Muslims. This is the truth of Congress, they will give reservations to Muslims and that too, by taking away reservations of SC-ST-OBC."

- "TMC leaders deem the Ram Mandir unholy, government halts Ram Navami celebrations, TMC goons orchestrate attacks on Ram Navami processions... Chief Minister herself threatens Hindu saints. Ramakrishna Mission, ISKCON, Bharat Sevashram face threats from the CM's platform... To appease their vote bank, the TMC government is crossing all limits."

May 20: Even Lord Jagannath's temple is not safe; key to the Shri Ratna Bhandar missing for 6 years, PM Modi's attack on BJD

After his roadshow in Puri, PM Modi held two rallies in Odisha's Dhenkanal and Cuttack.

Training guns at BJD, he said, "BJD has given nothing to Odisha. Farmers, youth and Adivasis are still struggling for a better life. People who have destroyed Odisha should not be forgiven."

Here are other highlights from his speeches:

- "During this election time, many experts from around the world are traveling across the country... for the first time in Odisha... a double engine government!"

- "Even small leaders in the BJD have become millionaires. The BJD government of Odisha has not let you benefit from the state's mineral wealth."

- "Modi has created a new mining policy. Under this, Odisha gets more royalty. Modi has created a District Mineral Fund... so that a portion of every mineral extracted here is used for local development."

- "In the BJD government, even the temple of Lord Jagannath is not safe. For the last six years, there has been no trace of the key to the Shri Ratna Bhandar. A big secret behind this is being hidden by the BJD government and close associates of the Chief Minister."

- "Only the children of Odisha can drive the rapid development of Odisha. That is why Modi has given you a guarantee. Form a BJP government here, and the BJP will make a son or daughter of Odisha the Chief Minister of Odisha."

- "The state government is completely neglectful of tribal interests. We have created the Van Dhan Yojana for tribal families, purchasing forest products at MSP... BJD government doesn't even give you the correct MSP for forest produce. It's been 25 years, and the BJD government hasn't implemented the PESA Act for tribal land rights."

- "BJP has devised a significant plan for the women of Odisha. The Subhadra Yojana will greatly assist every sister in Odisha."

- "Modi is also working to reduce your electricity bills to zero. The PM Surya Ghar-Muft Bijli Yojana is providing over ₹75,000 for solar panels on your homes, allowing you to use up to 300 units of free electricity and earn from the surplus."

- "Modi government is focusing on education, skill development, and building a self-reliant India. In the last 10 years, Odisha has received institutions like IIM, IISER Berhampur, and Institute of Chemical Technology, Bhubaneswar."

May 19: TMC calls people from other states outsiders, but illegal infiltrators are their own to them, Modi in Bengal

PM Modi accused the INDI alliance of attempting to undermine the rights of Dalits, backward classes, and tribals while addressing election rallies in Bengal's Purulia, Bishnupur, & Medinipur.

Attacking the INDI Alliance on reservation, "TMC and its allies want to take away the reservations given to Dalits, backward classes, and tribals. Babasaheb Ambedkar was against reservations based on religion. But today, the INDI alliance wants to provide reservations based on religion."

"The crime in Sandeshkhali has forced the sisters of Bengal to think. TMC people do not even consider the sisters of SC/ST families as human," said the Prime Minister.

Highlighting TMC-Congress nexus, PM called them "two sides of the same coin". He said, "look at how mountains of cash are found with Congress ministers and MPs. Similarly, mountains of cash are found with TMC leaders and ministers."

Talking about Purulia and its famous Chhau dance, Modi emphasised that "it was the BJP that gave the Chhau mask a GI tag, linking it to Purulia's identity".

"Whether it's TMC, Congress, or the Left. These parties are three, but their sins are the same," said PM calling them an "unholy alliance."

Accusing them of "only giving slogans," he said, "wherever they have ruled, they left those states impoverished. West Bengal is the latest example of this."

"The crime in Sandeshkhali has forced the sisters of Bengal to think. TMC people do not even consider the sisters of SC/ST families as human."

Prime Minister reminded the people that "a TMC MLA had said that Hindus should be drowned in the Bhagirathi" and that "saints advised TMC leaders not to engage in such politics".

"When Swami Vivekananda went abroad and spoke about India, lakhs of people became his devotees," said Modi "but there was also a section that hated India. They insulted Swami Vivekananda and tried to intimidate him. But Swami Vivekananda was on a mission for Mother India and was not one to be scared. Today, a similar situation is happening on the soil of Bengal."

"ISKCON, Ram Krishna Mission and Bharat Sevashram Sangh are known for service and morality in the country and the world. But today the Chief Minister of Bengal is openly threatening them... warning them from an open stage! Bengal government has pointed a finger at them, threatening them by taking their name! So much courage, just to please its vote bank! To please them, TMC has stooped to such a low level," said PM Modi.

PM Modi attacked TMC saying it meant - terror, corruption, and appeasement which he said has "disrupted the demography in Bengal" and that while "TMC calls people from other states outsiders, but illegal infiltrators are their own to them."

On the issue of infiltrators, he asked the crowd, "tell me. What is the bigger threat to Bengal? Are infiltrators not a threat to Bengal? Are these infiltrators not disturbing the population balance in Bengal? Have Hindus not become minorities in many areas? Are infiltrators not occupying the lands of Dalits, backward classes, and tribals? Is the safety of our sisters and daughters not at risk?"

Calling out TMC's lies on CAA, PM said, "CAA is a law to grant citizenship. However, TMC has been lying, claiming that if the CAA form is filled, citizenship will be lost. But now their lies have been exposed. Just 4 days ago, more than 300 refugees were granted citizenship."

"I want to tell the TMC people. CAA is Modi's guarantee. Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, Jain, and Christian minorities will be granted citizenship. And the terror of illegal infiltrators will be stopped."

May 19: "It is my mummy's seat," PM mocks Rahul Gandhi's candidature from Raebareli

Prime Minister Modi attacked Congress and its leader Rahul Gandhi, claiming that industrialists would hesitate to invest in states governed by the party due to the "shehzada's use of Maoist language."

Speaking at a poll rally in Jharkhand's Jamshedpur, PM accused Congress of fostering dynastic politics and treating Lok Sabha seats as "ancestral properties."

"The language used by the Congress 'shehzada' will make any industrialist think 50 times before investing in states ruled by the party. The 'shehzada' is using language spoken by Maoists and is extorting money through innovative methods," the PM stated, in an apparent reference to Gandhi.

Modi challenged the chief ministers of Congress and INDI Alliance-ruled states to respond to whether they endorse the anti-industry language of their 'shehzada.'

PM Modi stated, "Congress and their ally parties, wherever they have governments, I am challenging those CMs and this is not my political statement... their 'Shehzada' keeps opposing business industries, businessmen and investments. Which businessman will go and invest in those states? What will happen to the youths of those states?"

He further continued, "...all investors who come to me say that they won't go to these states because of their ideology against them, businessmen are verbally abused there... investors will think that since 'Shehzada' has these thoughts, his ally parties would have same thoughts as well."

Mocking Gandhi's decision to contest from the Raebareli Lok Sabha seat, Modi remarked that the Congress 'shehzada' rushed to the constituency, claiming "it is my mummy's seat," something even an eight-year-old school boy wouldn't say.

Modi also accused the Congress of neglecting basic amenities and alleged that during its previous regimes, the condition of 18,000 villages was akin to that of the 18th century.

PM Modi said, launching a scathing attack on the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, "Congress and JMM know nothing about development. Their only job is to speak lies, loudly, again and again, and everywhere... their goal is to do the X-ray of poor people's wealth and steal it. They want to snatch the reservation of SC and ST, they abuse Modi every day. Can't they think about anything beyond this?... the whole country has realised their truth."

"The Lok Sabha elections are about shaping the future of the country," PM Modi asked the crowd, "should there be a discussion about the economy in the elections or not? Should there be a discussion about industries and small industries, about national security, about agriculture and forest produce, about new opportunities for the youth, about highways, expressways, and infrastructure?"

May 18: 60 years ago I left my home, my family; today 140 crore Indians are my family and my heirs, says Modi in Delhi

PM Modi addressed a rally in the North-East Delhi. Here are key highlights from the same:

- "As the capital city, Delhi must lead the way towards a corruption-free nation."

- "From the Red Fort, I declared 'this is the time, the right time'. Today, India stands at the threshold of unprecedented growth. The 2024 election is crucial to propel India into the top three global economies and shielding our economy from destructive policies."

- "It's about uplifting the poor and middle class, creating opportunities for our youth in sectors like space, semiconductors, and solar energy. This election is a stand against nepotism and dynastic politics that have stifled our youth's potential. It's a choice between a strong India and forces that seek to weaken us."

- "I consider it a blessing from God to be chosen to accelerate our country's development. 60 years ago, I left my home, unaware that I would one day hoist the tricolour at the Red Fort. My family was left behind, but today, 140 crore Indians are my family. You are my heirs, and I work tirelessly day and night just for you."

- "With modern convention centres like Bharat Mandapam and Yashobhoomi, a new Parliament building, and monuments like the National War Memorial and Ambedkar Memorial, Delhi is transforming into a modern metropolis. As families gather on the serene Kartavya Path every evening, it reaffirms that our efforts are yielding fruit."

- "Efforts to provide affordable piped gas and free food grains are underway, offering significant relief. Also, initiatives to fulfil housing dreams, including the regularization of unauthorized colonies and the constructing of permanent homes, are in progress."

- "While Delhi witnesses progress, the INDI Alliance is bent on its destruction. Their betrayal of trust and rampant corruption schemes have disillusioned millions. From false promises to embracing corruption, their hypocrisy knows no bounds. It's time to expose their deceit and choose integrity over dishonesty."

- "In their relentless pursuit of vote banks, the INDI Alliance neglects development and schemes... Their proposals include religious-based tender allocations, sports team selections, and budget allocations."

- "Congress' intention to redistribute property for electoral gains is evident from the sudden transfer of 123 properties to the Waqf Board before the 2014 elections."

- "INDI Alliance held Delhi captive over the CAA, inciting riots, but their falsehoods stand exposed. Refugees, including Dalit families, now receive Indian citizenship, their communal reservation agenda defies Baba Saheb Ambedkar's principles."

May 18: Every scheme was named after them, PM Modi's attack on Congress in Haryana

PM Modi addressed rallies in Haryana's Ambala and Sonipat where he declared that "Modi's 'dhaakad' government demolished the wall of Article 370 and Kashmir started walking on the path of development."

He said that Haryana embodied courage and strength, "Modi, who has savoured Haryana's spirit, has led with vigour for ten years. Seeing Rafale jets soar in Ambala skies today is a proud moment for all of us."

"Haryana, with patriotism in its blood, recognizes anti-national forces. That's why Haryana is united in echoing: Phir Ek Baar, Modi Sarkar!"

Batting for the need of a strong government, Modi explained, "A strong government makes enemies think twice. For 70 years, Pakistan troubled India with threats. Today, it's reduced to begging. This is the power of a strong government."

Outlining his vision for Haryana's agricultural transformation, PM emphasized state's pivotal role in making India a global nutrition hub.

He unveiled ambitious plans that include promoting Haryana's coarse grains like jowar and millet globally, implementing world's largest warehouse project, creation of specialized clusters over the next 5 years, and revolutionary drone initiative in farming.

"Congress has shown a pattern of neglect towards women, farmers, and youth, focusing only on securing votes. While they promote the broom symbol (AAP) in Delhi and Haryana, they disparage the same in Punjab, calling the ‘Jhadu wala’ a thief."

"For Congress, vote banks are everything," said Modi, "they propose distributing SC-ST-OBC reservations based on religion, undermining Dalits and backward classes. To please their vote bank, they oppose granting citizenship to Sikhs and Dalits and vow to cancel the CAA if they gain power."

Contrasting his government with the opposition's appeasement politics, Prime Minister said, "our government honoured the Guru Granth Sahib by respectfully bringing it back from Afghanistan. We initiated Veer Bal Diwas in memory of the Sahebzadas, making Mata Gujri's land proud... A grand Ram temple now stands in Ayodhya after 500 years, bringing joy to the nation. But Congress and INDI alliance leaders keep speaking against it."

"Congress has been out of power for 10 years and is in a panic, reminiscing about the days when the royal family ruled by remote control. Every scheme was named after them."

Warning about INDI Alliance's contradictory nature, PM Modi said "changing the name doesn't change the truth. The INDI Alliance remains as corrupt as ever, craving power at the cost of nation's security, stability, and honour. Their plan is five PMs in five years. Is the Prime Minister's post a prize to be shared? Will you allow the country to return to instability?"

"Congress is focused solely on appeasement. Their manifesto echoes the Muslim League, planning to confiscate your property and distribute it to their vote bank."

Further, Modi talked about his commitment to healthcare, "Modi cares deeply about your health. With the Ayushman card, he has guaranteed free treatment. Starting June 4, under the new government, all elders above 70 will receive free healthcare. Elderly mothers and sisters will no longer need to worry about their treatment."

- "The people have already knocked out the INDI alliance in these four phases. The entire Bhanuvati clan has started to scatter. They have surrendered. They don't even want to put in any effort in the remaining elections."

- "These people can cross any limit for appeasement. Congress used to nourish the group of separatists in Kashmir. Pakistan attacked our country. The Congress government gave them a clean chit. Who did these people accuse of terrorism? They fabricated a new lie in the name of saffron terrorism."

- "And what were the conditions in UP? The SP government used to pamper rioters. Rioters used to go to meet the Chief Minister by helicopter. The government used to withdraw cases against those accused of terrorism. Today, these people are again spreading poison to divide society."

- "Yogi Ji has made UP a topper in development. Today, UP is at the top among states with the most expressways, the most airports, and metro services in seven cities."

Now you say that everybody should rich, so it will happen gradually not overnight," he responded to the World Inequality Lab report which said that income inequality is increasing in India.

He emphasised that wealth distribution is a gradual process, stating, "Some will come, they will bring those who are below. Those who will come a little higher, they will pull up others. So there is a process."

- "SP-Congress is a shop selling goods of appeasement, corruption & nepotism."

- "SP-Congress represent a triple-dose... first they want to give religion-based reservation at the cost of SC-ST-OBCs. Second, they aim to snatch away country’s resources and distribute them among minorities, and thirdly, they aim to earmark 15% of the budget exclusively for the minorities."

- "BJP government is propelling the rapid development of UP." PM highlighted Manduri Airport, Maharaja Suheldev University, and farmers' welfare among the various projects.

- "SP and Congress say that the country’s development will happen on its own, what’s the need to work hard for it? The SP and Congress mentality has two aspects, they say it will happen on its own and what's the use of this hardwork?"

- "After June 4th, not only will there be a Modi government, but a lot more will happen. The INDI alliance will break apart, ‘Khata Khat, Khata Khat’. A scapegoat will be found ‘Khata Khat, Khata Khat.’ The princes will go on summer vacations ‘Khata Khat, Khata Khat’."

May 15: PM Modi's Roadshow In Mumbai North East

PM Modi held his first-ever roadshow in Mumbai. Beginning in Ghatkopar after garlanding a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the roadshow continued along the Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg.

Prime Minister was accompanied by Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde (Shiv Sena) and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis (BJP).

May 15: Why are members of the INDI Alliance batting for Pakistan, Modi in Maharashtra

PM Modi addressed farmers at huge rallies in Maharashtra's Dindori and Kalyan and put forth his vision for a Viksit Bharat.

Attacking Sharad Pawar over his comments to merge regional parties with Congress after these 2024 elections, PM Modi said, "Congress party won't secure enough seats to claim the Leader of the Opposition post, he (Pawar) has urged other alliance parties to close shop and merge with the Congress. It seems inevitable that the so-called Shiv Sena and the party claiming to be nationalist (NCP-SP) will eventually merge with the Congress."

Remembering Balasaheb Thackeray, Modi called his words prophetic: "The day I sense that Shiv Sena has transformed into Congress, I will dissolve Shiv Sena." Everything that is unfolding now is in accordance with Balasaheb's wishes, said the Prime Minister.

"Fake Shiv Sena has shattered every dream of Balasaheb Thackeray. His vision of building a grand Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and abolishing Article 370 have been fulfilled, but the fake Shiv Sena is showing the most disgust."

Continuing his attack on the "fake Shiv Sena", he said, "its members are now carrying Congress on their heads, despite the fact that Congress continuously abuses Veer Savarkar ji. This betrayal has left the self-respecting and patriotic people of Maharashtra furious."

Here are other key highlights from his speeches in Dindori and Kalyan:

- "Modi is providing free ration and permanent houses to the poor. Every household is receiving electricity, water, and Ujjwala gas connections. We've never discriminated based on religion; our schemes benefit everyone."

- "Congress believes that 15% of the government's budget should be exclusively allocated to minorities, which means budget allocation based on religion. Many years ago, Congress approved this idea of budget allocation based on religion."

- "For Congress, there's only one minority: its favored vote bank. I recall vividly, during my tenure as CM, when Congress proposed spending 15 percent of the budget exclusively on Muslims. I vehemently opposed it, and thanks to BJP's strong opposition, Congress failed in its attempt."

- "Baba Saheb Ambedkar was against religious-based reservation, yet Congress is adamant about taking away reservation from SC/ST/OBC and the poor to give it to Muslims. They're even considering confiscating your property to appease their vote bank."

- "We draw inspiration from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. This election is not just about choosing an MP; it's about choosing a PM who can make tough decisions to strengthen India. India bravely fought and defeated the Corona crisis, with Bharti Pawar ji's dedicated service playing a crucial role."

- "Under decades of Congress-Nationalist rule, despite having a Maharashtra Agriculture Minister, farmers were neglected. Under Congress rule, false promises were made; no resources were distributed to the needy."

- "Modi always prioritizes the interests of farmers. Nashik and its surrounding region are renowned for onion and grape cultivation. It was our government that initiated the onion buffer system for the first time, a system absent in previous governments."

- "The government is also providing subsidies for onion transport through Operation Green, a mission being reinstated now. Similarly, the cluster development plan for grape cultivation will greatly benefit our grape farmers."

- "For the first time, 25 crore poor people are emerging from poverty. For the first time, there's talk of providing a permanent house to every poor person. For the first time, every household will have access to tap water. For the first time, the poor have a guarantee card for free medical treatment... Today, for the first time, we see a new confidence in India."

- "During the tenure of the INDI Alliance, the country was unsafe. Markets, cinema halls, hotels, restaurants, railway stations — nothing was secured. A decade ago, there were bomb blasts almost every day. Terrorist threats were rampant, firing on borders was frequent, and Naxalite attacks plagued several states."

- "Since Modi came to power, we've witnessed surgical strikes and air strikes. Pakistan has stopped openly threatening us with nuclear attacks. However, now Congress is the one threatening India. Congress leaders are advocating for Pakistan, reminding us of their nuclear capabilities."

- "Here's the irony, when Congress is in power, Pakistan threatens us; when Congress is not in power, they threaten us on Pakistan's behalf. Pakistan openly admits to terrorist attacks, yet Congress and the INDI Alliance give them a clean chit. Can someone explain why? Why are members of the INDI Alliance batting for Pakistan?"

May 14: In Koderma, PM Modi's first address after filing the nomination

Prime Minister Modi addressed a rally in Jharkhand's Koderma where he reminded the voters that it was his first public appearance since filing the nomination.

"You've all heard of Jhumri Telaiya on the radio. But believe me, the charm of this place and its people exceeds what you've heard," he said addressing a rousing crowd.

Talking on Naxalism, Modi assured that "whether it's terrorism or Naxalism, Modi will deliver a decisive blow to them in his third term... and ensure that Jharkhand doesn't become a stronghold of Naxalism again."

Here are a few highlights from his speech:

- "During the tenure of the Congress-JMM-Left coalition government in Delhi. The proceeds from mineral resources were funneled directly into the government's coffers."

- "I have seen poverty and the hardships I have suffered... That's why Modi's mantra is to give priority to the deprived. Those who were not even acknowledged earlier, have been worshipped by Modi."

- "From the Red Fort I said, India needs to be free from corruption, nepotism, and appeasement. INDI Alliance of JMM-Congress-Left, is the biggest model of these evils."

- "Mountain of cash was discovered in the house of the servant of Minister's PA. The machines were exhausted counting the notes. Before this, mountains of notes were found at the home of a Congress MP."

- "INDI Alliance is openly calling for vote jihad against Modi. After 500 years, our beloved Ram Lalla is finally seated in a grand temple in Ayodhya... But the obscene remarks of INDI Alliance members about the Ram temple are deeply disappointing."

- "The ring leader of corruption in Bihar... ‘Chara Wale’. He claims that he will provide reservations to Muslims, full reservation. In Karnataka, Congress declared all Muslims in Karnataka as OBCs overnight."

- "75 years ago our nation was torn apart by religious divisions, and even that did not bring them satisfaction. As we slowly heal from the wounds of partition, it is disheartening to see some individuals within the Congress party once again sowing the seeds of hatred."

- PM Modi explained his "crystal clear intention" to utilise the skills of mothers-sisters and the pledge to make 3 crore sisters "Lakhpati Didi" under our government's initiatives."

May 13: I have always seen him as my son, PM Modi heaps praise on Chirag Paswan in Hajipur

After visiting Gurudwara Sri Patna Sahib, PM Modi addressed massive rallies in Bihar's Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, and Saran.

LJP (Lok Janshakti Party) leader Chirag Paswan is the NDA candidate from Hajipur, a legacy seat that was once represented by his late fate Chirag Paswan.

Talking of Chirag Paswan, PM Modi stated, "He used to sit in parliament for full time between 2014-19. He tried to learn so much, with so much enthusiasm, I often address him affectionately because I have always seen him as my son, but he is our honourable MP."

He further added that Chirag is definitely winning the elections in Hajipur and appealed to the voters, "You should make Chirag Paswan win by giving more votes than Ram Vilas Paswan. This will be a tribute to Ram Vilas Paswan ji."

Saying that a vote for the RJD, Congress, or any other alliance will be futile, he urged the voters, "let your vote count, let it shape the future, vote for the NDA."

"As 4 June approaches, all eyes will be on the TV, radio, and social media. Your support will translate into seats, and the election results will once again favour the Modi government," he said imploring the voters.

Here are other key highlights from his speeches in Bihar:

- "RJD and Congress have turned appeasement into their primary political strategy. Recently, every faction of the INDI Alliance has been criticizing the Ram Mandir, insulting and boycotting it. Can we forgive such behaviour? Their priority is not the people of Bihar but their vote bank."

- "The individual responsible for the Jungle Raj in Bihar, proven guilty in the fodder scam, now advocates full reservation for Muslims, taking it away from Dalits, Backward Classes, and Tribals. This goes against Baba Saheb Ambedkar's stance against religious reservation."

- "BJP and NDA are the true champions of social justice. We have highest number of MPs-MLAs from SC-ST-OBC, with 60% of Union Cabinet ministers coming from these groups.

- "In 2014, we made Ramnath Kovind, a Dalit, as the President of India. Today, Droupadi Murmu, from the tribal community, holds the prestigious position of President. This is genuine participation."

- "Over the past decade, the expansion of highways, construction of expressways, coupled with ongoing projects such as fertilizer factories and thermal power plants, indicates substantial employment potential."

- "Construction of numerous large bridges over Ganga and the progress on the Patna Metro project demonstrate further avenues for job creation."

- "Procurement of construction materials from local shops has further benefitted Bihar's youth by fostering employment, trade, and entrepreneurial opportunities."

- "These are such frightened people, even in their dreams, they see Pakistan's nuclear bombs. Congress and INDI Alliance leaders, what kind of statements are they making? Saying Pakistan hasn't worn bangles, someone is giving Pakistan a clean chit in the Mumbai attacks, someone is questioning surgical and air strikes... Leftists even want to eliminate India's nuclear weapons altogether."

- "The people of Muzaffarpur and Bihar have endured the scars of Naxalism for decades. Previous governments fostered and exploited Naxalism against you... lawlessness of the RJD's 'jungle raj' set Bihar back for years. NDA government has restored law and order in Bihar."

- Ten years back, there was only one song playing – ‘Mehangayi Dayan Khaye Jaat Hai’. Congress government of that time would demand taxes even on an income of Rs. 20,000 per month. But today, individuals earning Rs. 50-60 thousand per month are also exempt from taxes."

- "Our government has also devised a scheme that will double your profits... your electricity bill will become 'Zero' and by generating electricity at home, you will become a 'Hero'. The name of this scheme is PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana."

- "This is Modi, who has guaranteed that no poor person will go hungry. This is Modi, who has guaranteed that every poor person will have a pucca house. Clean water will reach every home. Women won't have to go outside for sanitation. Sisters won't have to breathe in smoke from stoves."

- "I tell the RJD to seek votes based on their work for the people of Bihar. Like how many abductions the RJD has orchestrated, how many murders they've committed, how many industries they've destroyed in Bihar. They should print all of this on posters and ask for votes."

- "INDI Alliance members want to run the country on ‘one-year-one Prime Minister formula’. You also know, the country cannot function with a new Prime Minister every year... it will come to a standstill."

Positions were auctioned, OMR sheets were burnt, fake interviews conducted, and even the court acknowledged government machinery's involvement in this scandal"

- "I will ensure that those responsible for the corruption in Bengal are held accountable... I am pursuing legal avenues to ensure that the victims receive restitution for these ill-gotten gains."

- "The priority of the TMC government is not you, not your welfare, but the welfare of infiltrators! They call the people of India 'Bohiragoto'. But they allow infiltrators from other countries to occupy Bengal."

- "There's a competition for appeasement between the TMC and Congress. The Congress Shehzada want to investigate everyone's property in the country and distribute them among those who Vote Jihad for the INDI Alliance... These people are even talking about seizing half of your property even after you're gone. The Shehzada is saying they will impose inheritance tax."

- "Congress has been anti-OBC since the 1990s and even opposed the constitutional status to OBC Commission... BJP has always enabled 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas'... Hence, our Central Ministries constitute 60% of Ministers from the SC-ST-OBC communities."

- "I have three challenges for the Congress... First, they must not indulge in religion-based reservations disregarding the Constitution.. Second, they must not reduce the reservations meant for the SC-ST-OBCs.. Third, they must not play the card of appeasement politics in any state of India."

- "Congress 'Report Card' is a 'Report Card' of scams... their record is a replete of scams be it 2G, CAG, Commonwealth and Chopper scam... BJP's report record was synonymous with unprecedented development. He added that our report card has actually shown the reduction of poverty empowering all."

- "Congress in its frustration of loss has divided the Indian society... their appeasement-politics also makes them against century-old traditions... Congress even boycotted the Pran-Pratishtha of Shri Ram in Ayodhya... Congress aims to create a conflict between 'Ram Bhakti & Shiv Bhakti'... Congress president tried to create conflicts between Shiv and Ram Bhakts."

May 1: "As long as Modi is alive, no one can take away ST-SC-OBC reservation"

Marking Gujarat's Foundation Day, PM Narendra Modi addressed public meetings in Banaskantha and Sabarkantha, Gujarat.

He began his speech by expressing gratitude and seeking blessings for his third term in the central government, stressing on Gujarat's unparalleled role in his political journey.

PM lauded Gujarat's people for not letting short-term temptations affect the political stability which has been instrumental in state's progress.

Training guns at Congress, he said, "Even today Congress neither has issues nor the passion to work for the people. Do you remember, what were the issues of Congress in 2014? What will a 'Chaiwala' do? But the country gave them a reply... Those who once had 400 seats were reduced to 40."

PM Modi reaffirmed his and BJP's commitment to social justice for all sections of society including the interests of ST-SC-OBC communities by preventing any attempt to politicize reservations based on religion.

"The party which ruled the country for 60 years has become a fake factory. What they called 'Mohabbat Ki Dukan' is actually a fake factory. Congress' videos are fake, Congress' words are fake, Congress' promises are fake, Congress' slogans are fake, Congress intentions are fake," he said the Prime Minister.

Encouraging people to vote in large numbers, he said, "Remember, first voting, then feasting."

"If your love hasn't changed, how can Modi change?" asked PM Modi while reminiscing over the timeless and decades-old bond between him and the people of Sabarkantha.

"The Congress scared the country that if Article 370 is removed, there will be chaos. Article 370 is history now, and there is no chaos in the country. And the tricolor is flying high at Lal Chowk," he said while also stressing on other historic decisions on triple talaq, CAA, counter terrorism.

Attacking Congress, he said, "The situation of the Congress, which ruled for 60 years, is very worrying. They are openly trying to divide the country. The only strategy of Congress and its INDI alliance is to spread lawlessness and instability in the country. They want to set the country on fire, no matter what, to defame Modi."

"They did the same during the biggest disaster in the country, the Corona pandemic. Their COVID mission failed, their vaccination mission failed, so they tried to set the country on fire. When we brought the CAA law, they tried to set the country on fire again."

"The young voters casting their votes for the first time this time don't have the experience of those old days. When Congress was ruling, for those whose parents sent them out, electricity, water, school, everything was just a dream," he said addressing the youth.

"From Ambaji to Umargam, there were no schools for science education in the entire tribal area. Today, see, there are schools everywhere. There are medical colleges. There is adequate electricity available now."
