A Bhopal court ordered the registration of FIRs against senior Congress leaders Jyotiraditya Scindia, Kamal Nath and Digvijay Singh and an RTI activist on the charge of fabricating evidence in connection to the Vyapam scam case. The court has also called for the submission of the investigation report by 13 November.
A private complaint was filed by a local advocated alleging that the senior Congress leaders and RTI activist Prashant Pandey were furnishing false evidence and misguiding the court hearing the Vyapam scam case.
