Braveheart Mayur Shelke Honoured By Jawa Motorcycles With New Bike

Recognizing the bravery shown by pointsman Mayur Shelke who saved the life of a child, Jawa Motorcycles decided to gift him with a Jawa bike.
As part of the Jawa Heroes initiative, the Czech brand has gifted Shelke a Jawa Forty Two bike.
“We were honored to meet Pointsman Mayur Shelke at his residence and hand over the Jawa forty two Golden Stripes Nebula Blue as appreciation for his selfless bravery as part of the Jawa Heroes initiative. More power to you Mayur and loads of respect from the Jawa family,” Jawa Motorcycles tweeted.
Earlier, Mayur Shelke has appealed to everyone who wants to offer him awards and gifts to donate the money to the visually-impaired mother and her child.
He has also donated half the money from the Rs 50,000 award given to him by the Ministry of Railways to them.
The incident showing Pointsman Mayur Shelke's courage happened on 17 April evening at Vangani Station of Central Railway in Thane and the feat earned him appreciation from across the country.
