DTH operator Tata Sky has launched a new promotional scheme in which it will give a cashback of Rs 246 to its subscribers in case the new connection is not installed and activated withing 6 hours, Dream DTH has reported.
The offer is currently valid in Jammu and Lucknow and may be extended to more cities in the future.
In order to avail this offer, the customers would need to order the new connection from a registered local dealer. After making the payment they will receive a confirmation message along with the new customer ID within 15 minutes.
The customers would then need to recharge for one month and will receive a confirmation message. In less then two hours the customer will receive a call scheduling the installation of the new connection.
The DTH operator promises that from start to finish the whole process will take less than 6 hours and if it takes more the customers would get a cashback of Rs 246. The current offer is valid till 31 October.
The customers need to note that the recharge for the new connection needs to be done before 6.15 PM in order to avail the offer.
