ICAI Building (image via Facebook)
Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India (ICAI) has announced that it is granting three additional attempts for candidates pursuing the Post Qualification Course on International Trade Laws and World Trade Organisation (WTO).
These additional attempts would come into effect from 1 November, as per a notification released on ICAI’s official website. This decision was taken in a meeting held between 15 and 16 April, and was conveyed on 2 July.
The registered candidates though would have to use up their attempts by November 2020 as ICAI won’t allow for any fresh registrations post that date.
This course was announced by ICAI last August and all ICAI members were eligible for the same. This course is designed to educate Chartered Accountants (CA) over laws governing trade between the two countries and laws framed by the WTO when it comes to the dealings between private organisations.
Support Swarajya's 50 Ground Reports Project & Sponsor A Story
Every general election Swarajya does a 50 ground reports project.
Aimed only at serious readers and those who appreciate the nuances of political undercurrents, the project provides a sense of India's electoral landscape. As you know, these reports are produced after considerable investment of travel, time and effort on the ground.
This time too we've kicked off the project in style and have covered over 30 constituencies already. If you're someone who appreciates such work and have enjoyed our coverage please consider sponsoring a ground report for just Rs 2999 to Rs 19,999 - it goes a long way in helping us produce more quality reportage.
