Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’s (ICAI) Committee for Export of CA Services & WTO has tied up with the Instituto Cervantes, Spanish Embassy Cultural Centre for promoting the Spanish language among its member Chartered Accountants and students to help them overcome foreign language barriers.
As per an official notification [PDF] issued by ICAI via its website, the fourth batch in this program would begin from 4 May and be conducted at the Instituto Cervantes office in Delhi’s Connaught place.
The two and a half month course would be conducted every weekend for three hours and would cost Rs 13,000. After the course ends the participants would have to successfully clear an examination for accessing the “A 1.2 level” of the language. The course fee is Rs 13,000 and last date to enrol is 29 April.
It was earlier reported that the foreign opportunities for Chartered Accountants has increased in the last three years due to various MoU signed by ICAI with its foreign peers.
