All India Congress Committee (AICC) panelist and Congress spokesperson Shama Mohamed while debating over the Exit Polls claimed that North Indian voters are less educated and easily influenced by the media after exit polls indicated a BJP sweep in the region.
During a television debate, Mohamed claimed that the North Indian voters are pliable and more prone to being swayed by the media hype surrounding the Modi government.
She added that the North Indian voters are less educated than their Southern counterparts, which also leaves them prone to getting influenced by WhatsApp forwards and “the hype around Balakot air strike”.
As per various exit polls, the BJP led NDA is all set to sweep North India in the Lok Sabha seats, which some predictions even claiming that the coalition may win virtually all seats in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
