In a major positive development, the Government is set to provide telecom connectivity in Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir (J&K)'s uncovered villages apart from other uncovered regions in various part of India, reports Financial Express.

Once the project is completed, India will achieve cent per cent telecom connectivity in all parts of the J&K and Ladakh. The project will be executed by the state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) using the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF).
