The education departments of Lahghal-Spiti, Pangi Bharmour, Kinnaur in Chamba are tension free as the State School Education Board has delivered the required books on time. The new-revamped course is said to start in April 2019, as reported by Amar Ujala.
The board has revamped the course for classes 1 to 5.
Copies of the new books have been sent to all depots by the board, and the focus remains on sending the texts to tribal areas so that there is no problem in lifting the books during the time of snowfall.
Books for Lahaul have been sent through the Rohtang tunnel on the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner of Kullu and the counsel of SDM Manali.
Education Deputy Director Lahul Premnath Parshira has said that the Education Board has provided relief by reaching the new syllabus books to tribal areas on time. Furthermore, he thanked the Kullu administration for sending texts through Rohtang Tunnel.
