The Patiala House Court on Monday will frame the charges against Indian Mujahideen chief Yasin Bhatkal and other accused in 2010 Jama Masjid car blast case.
The court is also likely to record the statements of the witnesses.
On 1 August, the court had discharged three-co-accused on the grounds there was not enough evidence against them.
Bhatkal, his aide Asadullah Akhtar and other Indian Mujahideen operatives are facing trial in various terror cases including 2010 Jama Masjid attack and 2008 serial blasts cases. On 19 September 2010, two bikers had fired upon tourists at the gate of Jama Masjid in which two Taiwan national had sustained bullet injuries. There was also a mild explosion from a bomb fitted in the car left in that area. (ANI)
