KTR addressing the Press Meet (@KTRTRS/Facebook)
KT Rama Rao, the IT Minister in the caretaker Telangana government, attacked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, saying that he had never fought elections alone. Rao taunted Naidu saying that he would even ally with Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) to win, as reported by Times Now.
"Chandrababu Naidu has never fought alone in the elections, the only party he was not in alliance with was YSRCP. He was in alliance with all the parties like Jana Sena, TRS, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Communist Party of India (CPI), Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM), and the Congress. Now, only one party is left that is YSRCP. Today, I want to say that if needed Chief Minister Babu will also ally with YSRCP. We don't need Chief Minister Babu's certificate for the coming elections," he said during 'Meet the Press' programme.
The statement is in response to the Mahakutami (grand alliance) formed in Andhra Pradesh against TRS consisting of CPI, TDP, TJS and led by Congress.
The Telangana Legislative Assembly Elections are going to be held on December 7 for 119 constituencies. The vote counting will take place on December 11.
