Hospitality firm OYO Hotels & Homes on Thursday (1 August) announced a new partner privilege programme for more than 10,000 asset owners in India to provide ‘exclusive benefits and opportunities’ to the top-performing owners, The Economic Times reports.
The programme is a part of OYO’s Partner Engagement Network Programme (OPEN) which was launched in April. The hospitality firm said that benefits include easy and expedited cash availability in bank business advances and improved lending terms from banks and NBFCs for the top-performing owners.
OYO also told that they have joined hands with Acho to design free insurance product for employees without levying charges of distributor commission. Further, digital payment platform Paytm will also provide zero charges current account and zero charges salaried accounts for OYO hotel owners and staff respectively.
Further, high performing asset owners would receive customised offers by Volkswagen, BMW and retail vouchers from various brands beside a dedicated account manager and support for query resolutions.
“The idea is to create a network of benefits which start with an engagement with OYO, secondly growing that business, thirdly, helping operate that business, fourthly providing better operating leverage and employee retention incentives and finally partner benefits on outer discounts etc. That’s the ecosystem that we are creating,” CEO, India and South Asia at OYO, Aditya Ghosh said.
