DTH operator Tata Sky is all set to launch six brand new HD and SD half-yearly packs providing options in various regional languages and at the same time saving costs for users, News18 Hindi has reported.
Starting at Rs 2,007 the packs would run for a duration of six months, thus resulting in less recharge hassles for customers thereby saving their time. For the price of Rs 2,007 customers would be able to subscribe to Hindi Basic and Gujarati Basic pack. If one spends Rs 2,029 for six months, they get the Marathi basic pack.
HD packs on the other hand are priced in the range of Rs 2,600 to Rs 2,900. Specifically, Hindi Basic HD pack costs Rs 2,836, Gujarati basic HD pack costs Rs 2,698 and Marathi basic HD pack costs Rs 2,840.
This announcement comes after Tata Sky also launched its new Room TV feature which is designed to replace the now discontinued Multi-TV packs. The new feature gives greater freedom for customers to choose their channels on secondary connection.
