Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli has been bowled over again. This time, not by Anushka Sharma, but by the idea of veganism. According to a Times of India report, Kohli has given up on non-vegetarian food as well as dairy products in order to balance out his energies. And this, according to him, has worked wonders. Hitherto, a fiery player, Kohli has undergone a tremendous fitness transformation, after his decision to go vegan.
His current diet includes protein shakes, vegetables and soya. He is now off eggs as well as milk products. Sources said that he began this vegan dieting four months ago and is feeling much stronger as his digestive power has increased and his temperament too has cooled down.
His wife, Sharma, too turned vegetarian around the same time.
