The domestic box office collection of director Vivek Agnihotri's 'The Kashmir Files' has crossed Rs 200 crore-mark in just 13 days of its release.
The Anupam Kher-starrer movie, which was release on 11 March, minted another Rs 10.03 crore on Wednesday (23 March).
The film depicts the exodus of Kashmiri Hindus from Kashmir following systematic killings of people from the community in the Valley in 1990s.
It stars Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi among others.
According to noted movie critic Taran Adarsh, 'The Kashmir Files' has crossed the lifetime business of Akshay Kumar-starrer Sooryavanshi.
The total collection of the movie in the country till Tuesday is Rs 200.13 crore.
Further, the worldwide box office collection of 'The Kashmir Files' has crossed Rs 228 crore mark as on Wednesday.
Adarsh said that the movie, which is trending strongly even on weekdays, has become the highest grossing movie in the pandemic-era.
