Backed By ISI And Army, Pakistan Rebuiding Terror Camps Destroyed In India’s Operation Sindoor: Report

Pakistan has begun reconstructing terror launchpads and training camps obliterated during India’s precision Operation Sindoor strikes in May, intelligence sources have disclosed, NDTV reported.
The rebuilding is reportedly under way with the full backing of the Pakistani military, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), and the government, focusing on areas in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and nearby regions.
According to the report, which cited top intelligence sources, Pakistan is developing smaller, high-tech terror facilities camouflaged within dense forests along the Line of Control (LoC), aiming to evade Indian surveillance.
Camps previously destroyed in locations such as Luni, Putwal, Tipu Post, Jamil Post, Umranwali, and Chaprar Forward are being re-established, now equipped with technologies designed to obscure thermal, radar, and satellite signatures.
New infrastructure is also taking shape in areas including Kel, Sardi, Dudhnial, Athmuqam, Jura, Lipa, and Kotli.
These spots, chosen for their rugged terrain and thick vegetation, are intended to shield operations from drone and satellite observation.
According to the report, ISI has devised a strategy to scatter terror cadres across smaller camps, each housing fewer than 200 militants, to avoid significant casualties in the event of future Indian air strikes.
Indian intelligence has intercepted communications revealing a high-level meeting in Bahawalpur involving senior leaders from Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Hizbul Mujahideen, and The Resistance Front, an LeT proxy, alongside ISI officers.
Discussions centred on reorganising command structures, resource allocation, and recruitment.
Pakistan is reoprtedly diverting portions of international financial aid, including funds from the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, towards rebuilding terror infrastructure.
Operation Sindoor was India’s response to the deadly 22 April Pahalgam attack.
The operation employed indigenous drones, loitering munitions, and precision strikes coordinated by ISRO satellites, resulting in significant damage to terror sites across PoK and Pakistan.
