Iranian Missile Strikes Leave At Least 86 Injured In Israel After US Bombing Of Iranian Nuclear Sites

In a dramatic escalation of hostilities in the West Asia, at least 86 people were injured as Iran launched a wave of missiles at Israel just hours after the United States carried out airstrikes on three key Iranian nuclear sites.
Sirens blared across central and northern Israel, including Tel Aviv, Haifa, Nes Ziona and the Rishon Lezion area, as dozens of Iranian missiles reportedly hit multiple targets.
The Israeli military confirmed the launches and said it was actively working to intercept the threats.
According to AFP, around 30 missiles were fired from Iran, with Ben Gurion International Airport among the sites targeted.
Iranian state TV broadcast footage of what it claimed were live images of a "new salvo of Iranian missiles fired on the occupied territories".
Among them, two are reported to be in moderate condition, 77 are in stable condition, 4 are being treated for acute anxiety, and three others are currently under medical assessment, with their condition yet to be determined.
The attacks came in response to a powerful US military strike earlier on Sunday.
President Donald Trump confirmed the use of GBU-57 "bunker-buster" bombs targeting Iran’s Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan nuclear facilities.
The airstrikes were reportedly carried out by B-2 stealth bombers, supported by a barrage of Tomahawk cruise missiles launched from US submarines.
