Bengaluru Rameshwaram Cafe Blast Case: Two Key Accused Including Mastermind Arrested From West Bengal - All About It
The Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru was subject to an IED attack on Friday (1 March).
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested two key accused in the Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe blast case from West Bengal.
The suspects have reportedly been identified as Abdul Mateen Taha and Musavir Hussain Shajib.
The anti-terror probe agency, which is investigating the case, has identified Mussavir Hussain Shazib, a resident of Thirthahalli in Shivamogga district, as the key accused who carried out the blast.

Several people were injured in the IED blast at the cafe located in Brookefield, Bengaluru on 1 March.
The explosion was carried out by triggering an IED bomb using a timer.
Adbul Matheen Taha and Mussavir Hussain Shazeb were traced out to their hideout near Kolkata and were apprehended by the NIA team, news agency ANI reported.
The investigation involved reviewing footage from over 1,000 CCTV cameras to pinpoint the main accused.
Officials have suggested that the blast might be linked to the Shivamogga ISIS module, with 11 individuals from this group reportedly radicalised in Tirthahalli, Karnataka, and later expanding their network in South India.
Earlier on 28 March, the NIA had arrested Muzammil Shareef, a co-conspirator in the case, after raiding 18 locations, including 12 in Karnataka, five in Tamil Nadu and one in Uttar Pradesh.
"Muzammil Shareef had extended logistic support to the other two identified accused in the case, involving an IED explosion at the Café located at ITPL road, Brookefield, Bengaluru, on 1st March," NIA had said.
