Bihar: Rahul Gandhi's Reasoning For Nitish Kumar Leaving INDI Alliance Defies Logic, Here's How

As Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' is passing through Bihar, the Congress leader gave his first statement on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's exit from INDI Alliance on Tuesday (30 January).
Gandhi alleged that Kumar makes a U-turn whenever he faces even a little pressure. He elaborated that the pressure he is talking about is of giving social justice, hinting towards caste census.
"The time has come for an X-ray of India to ascertain the caste-wise population in this country...The first step towards social justice is an X-ray of the country, an MRI can follow thereafter," Gandhi said.
The Congress leader said, "We (RJD and Congress) pressurised Nitish Kumar for caste census in Bihar but BJP doesn't want an X-ray. Nitish ji was stuck and BJP gave him an escape route."
He asserted that RJD and Congress' alliance will deliver social justice in Bihar and they don't need Nitish Kumar anymore.
However, Gandhi's reasoning for Nitish Kumar's exit from INDI Alliance defies logic as the Bihar caste survey data is already out, along with its economic report.
Contrarily, the release of the caste survey report of Karnataka, where Congress is in power, is being delayed again and again. However, CM Siddaramaiah has assured now that the report will be accepted soon.
Also, acting upon the report, the Bihar Assembly passed 75 per cent reservation bill to increase the quota for OBCs and SCs. Contrary to Gandhi's claims, BJP's Bihar unit supported caste census and reservation hike.
