PM Modi in a roadshow in Mandya (Twitter)
As the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stands on the cusp of forming the government in three out of the four states that went to polls in November, a grand celebration is set to unfold at the party's headquarters in Delhi on Sunday (3 December) evening.
Scheduled to commence around 6 pm, the festivities will kick off with a spectacular 500-meter-long road show led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, followed by an address to the gathered audience.
Organised by the Delhi BJP, sources as per Indian Express reveal that a significant portion of the crowd will consist of women, symbolizing the party's gratitude to female voters who played a pivotal role in the BJP's victories in the three states.
The party leadership has already began mobilizing party workers from across the capital early in the day, sending out messages as trends from Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan indicated a comfortable lead for the BJP.
A senior party leader revealed that the BJP aims to rally an estimated 10,000 party workers, with around 5,000 to 6,000 hailing from the capital and the remaining from various regions.
