ISIS Terror Attack In Russia: Over 90 Dead, Four Suspected Terrorists Arrested - Here Are The Latest Updates

In response to the shooting rampage that claimed the lives of more than 93 people at a concert hall near Moscow, Russia has arrested 11 individuals, including four suspected terrorists, the Kremlin confirmed on Saturday (23 March).
As reported by Indian Express, the FSB security service chief, Alexander Bortnikov, reported to President Vladimir Putin that among those detained were "four terrorists," with efforts underway to identify any potential accomplices.
According to Russia’s Investigative Committee, the gunmen dressed in camouflage attire unleashed gunfire with automatic weapons upon concert goers near the capital on Friday (22 March).
"Men in camouflage broke into a Moscow concert hall and opened fire, shooting an unknown number of people", Russia’s prosecutor general said.
Also, russian lawmaker Alexander Khinshtein revealed that the attackers had fled the scene in a Renault vehicle, which was subsequently spotted by police in Bryansk region, approximately 340 km (210 miles) southwest of Moscow.
After a car chase, two suspects were apprehended, while two others sought refuge in a nearby forest.
Later accounts suggested that they too were brought into custody.
Meanwhile, the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack on ISIS-affiliated news agency Amaq on Telegram marking it as the deadliest in Russia since the Beslan school siege in 2004.
The deadliest terror attack on Moscow in decades, came less than a week after President Vladimir Putin won a election by an overwhelming majority to secure another term in office.
