A New York judge has started the process of unsealing court documents related to the notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, shedding light on previously undisclosed details and prominent names associated with the case.

The unsealed documents, which comprise close to 1,000 pages of testimonies and declarations, involve several prominent figures such as ex-US presidents Bill Clinton, British royal family member Prince Andrew and Donald Trump.

The initial group of disclosed documents, made public on Wednesday, is just a portion of a more extensive collection anticipated to encompass nearly 200 names, spanning from Epstein's accusers to powerful individuals in business and politics.

The unsealed documents mention several prominent individuals, including Bill Clinton, who is reported to have traveled on Epstein's private plane.

Johanna Sjoberg, in her 2016 deposition, recounted Epstein's claim that "Clinton likes them young."

In the redacted documents, it has been reported that Clinton has been mentioned over 50 times under the alias "John Doe 36."

The spokesperson for Clinton clarified that almost twenty years have passed since Clinton last interacted with Epstein. They stressed that no allegations of criminal conduct linked to Epstein have been made against Clinton.

Court documents unveiled an email Epstein sent to his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, suggesting a reward to disprove allegations made by Virginia Giuffre.

The content of the email detailed a strategy to refute Giuffre's claims, most notably the shocking claim that renowned physicist Stephen Hawking was involved in an illicit underage party.

Sjoberg's deposition also included a mention of Donald Trump, with Epstein allegedly suggesting they contact Trump during a flight.

Maxwell's association with Epstein transitioned from an early 1990s romantic involvement to a troubling alliance in sexual offenses that lasted almost thirty years.

Epstein, a globally influential financier with strong ties in the United States, was charged with allegations of sexually abusing underage girls. Yet, his sudden death by suicide in a New York prison in August 2019 abruptly put an end to the legal actions being pursued against him.
