Union Home Minister Amit Shah, addressing a campaign rally in Rajasthan's Kuchaman, criticised Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's government for the deterioration of law and order, electricity supply, and welfare schemes initiated by the previous administration.

As reported by NDTV, Shah labeled the Congress government as the "most corrupt" in the state and accused it of exceeding "all limits of appeasement".

Shah mentioned incidents like the killing of Udaipur tailor Kanhaiya Lal, communal clashes, illegal mining, and recruitment exam paper leaks to underscore his criticism of the state government.

He made a veiled reference to Gehlot's past as a magician, saying, "Only a magician can make law and order, electricity in rural areas, and previous BJP government schemes vanish".

Gehlot, who hails from a family of professional magicians, briefly assisted his father in magic shows. Shah also alluded to allegations regarding a "red diary" containing details of the Chief Minister's alleged illegal financial transactions.

Shah further accused the Congress of delaying the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken significant steps in this regard.

He invited people to book tickets for the temple's consecration on 22 January, where Modi will be present.

The BJP leader criticised the Congress for its handling of national security and noted that India recently launched a spacecraft to the moon, becoming the fourth country to achieve this feat.

Shah criticised the Gehlot government for its handling of communal incidents, illegal mining, and other issues.

He assured the people of the state that if the BJP comes to power, tap water will be provided to all households within two and a half years.
