BJP's Outreach For 2024 Elections: Over 10,000 'Modi Mitras' From Minority Communities To Meet PM In Delhi

Leading up to the 2024 general election, a gathering of more than 10,000 representatives from diverse minority communities is scheduled to convene with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi next month.
These individuals, referred to as 'Modi Mitras,' are not primary members of the party but will be selected by the party's Minority Morcha (Minority Front) from among those who have been positively impacted by various welfare initiatives initiated by Modi.
The morcha asserts that they have identified and organised approximately 2.5 lakh 'Modi Mitras' thus far, hailing from states such as West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana.
During the meeting, the delegates will have the opportunity for a "more extensive interaction" with the Prime Minister concerning the various welfare programs implemented for minority communities over the past nine years.
Jamal Siddiqui, the national president of BJP Minority Morcha, confirmed to The New Indian Express that approximately 10,000 'Modi Mitras' representing diverse minority groups will meet with Narendra Modi.
"As soon as the date is finalised, preparations for this unprecedented gathering will commence," he stated.
"At this event, participants will be able to share their recommendations and concerns and collaborate with the PM on the comprehensive development of the underprivileged in minority communities," he added.
