Suryakiran Aerobatic Team's rehearsal at Ahmedabad Stadium
The Suryakiran aerobatic team of the Indian Air Force conducted a rehearsal for their upcoming air show, which is scheduled to take place before the Cricket World Cup final between India and Australia.
According to PTI, the team held a grand rehearsal at the stadium and will also have another rehearsal on Saturday before the final show. The Gujarat Defence PRO quoted in the report mentioned that visuals of the rehearsal have become popular on social media.
The aerobatic team, as stated by the PRO, will captivate the audience for a duration of 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the final match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in the Motera area of the city on 19 November.
According to Jagat Patel, spokesperson for the Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA), a rehearsal for an air show, which is scheduled to take place before the final match, was conducted over the stadium on Friday.
The Suryakiran aerobatic team is typically made up of nine aircraft and has participated in numerous air shows across the country. Their demonstration is characterized by loop manoeuvres performed in victory formation, barrel roll manoeuvres, and the creation of various shapes in the sky using aircraft.
India and Australia are scheduled to compete in the tournament final on Sunday. It is worth noting that these two teams began their World Cup journey by playing against each other in the opening match of the tournament.
