Inside A Kerala Politician's Workday
Dear reader,
We recently spent a day with Dr Abdul Salam, who is running for election in Malappuram with the BJP. Malappuram is an interesting place with a lot of different political views.
Our reporter, S Rajesh, followed Dr Salam around to see what his day was like. He used to be a university professor. Now, he's trying to get people to support him in the election.
We wrote a story about the whole day, from the morning until the evening. It shows what Dr Salam does every day and what it's like to be in an election there.
Want to read the story? It’s on our website here: https://swarajyamag.com/reports/kerala-meet-dr-abdul-salam-cashew-expert-and-former-vc-who-is-bjps-candidate-from-minority-majority-malappuram
P.S. This report is part of Swarajya's 50 Ground Stories Project - an attempt to throw light on themes and topics that are often overlooked or looked down. You can support this initiative by sponsoring as little as Rs 2,999/-. Click here for more details.
