The National Investigation Agency (NIA) team has found handwritten notes and diagrams on Jihad during searches in the house of deceased Jameesha Mubeen.

According to a report by India Today, one of the diagrams classified humans as Kafirs (infidels) and Muslims. Another diagram said that Jihad is the duty of the youth and not that of children or elders.

The team also recovered a slate from Mubeen’s home that contained the words, “We will uproot anyone who dares to touch the house of Allah.”

These findings further reinforce suspicions that Mubeen was highly radicalised and the cylinder blast near the Sangameswarar temple in Kottaimedu was a planned terror attack that had gone wrong.
