Khalistani Preacher Amritpal Singh Shares Video; Calls For All-Sikh Gathering On Baisakhi

Amritpal Singh, a Khalistani preacher and leader of 'Waris Punjab De', shared his first video since Punjab police launched a crackdown on him and his organisation on 18 March.
The Khalistan supporter, dressed in black turban and shawl, said if the state government had the intention of making an arrest, police could have come to his house and he would have given up.
Amritpal made a video urging all Sikh organizations across the world to attend a Sarbat Khalsa discussion on Baisakhi regarding community issues. He mentioned his associates who were sent to Assam after being detained and requested the Akal Takht Jathedar to lead the event.
He expressed that he was well and in high spirits (Chardi Kala) thanks to the blessings of Waheguru, as he escaped police custody. He criticised the Punjab Police's detention of 'Sikh youths' during their crackdown on him.
