Uddipan Mukherjee, PhD, is Joint Director, Government of India, Ministry of Defence at Ordnance Factory Board. He has published extensively at international and national levels in think tanks, books, journals, magazines and newspapers on insurgency, extremism, physics, history and foreign policy.
