E-Mobility Startup Pravaig Dynamics To Unveil Electric SUV 'Defy' Today

Bengaluru-based e-mobility startup Pravaig Dynamics is set to unveil its first electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) today (25 November).

The company has said that the SUV, named 'Defy', will come with a range of over 500 km, and will accelerate from 0-100 Kmph in 4.9 seconds.

It further added that the EV will have a top speed of 210 kmph and will charge up to 80 per cent in just 30 minutes.

The automaker has already uncovered the colour options for the electric SUV, which reveals that it will come available in 11 different exterior paint options.

The colour options of the SUV are - Emperor Purple, Shani Black, Haldi Yellow, Moon Gray, 5.56 Green, Hindigo, Bordeaux, Lithium, Kaziranga Green, Vermillion Red, and Siachin Blue.

According to an Economic Times report, the company has already received 800 pre-orders for SUV.

The company is also looking at investing up to $50 million (approx Rs 400 crore) to bring on-road it's first product SUV Defy in the second quarter of the next calendar year.

Apart from local sales, the company said it plans to commence operations in Europe and the US in the next couple of years.
