Bihar: Cops Attacked With Stones In Madhubani While Searching For Tablighi Event Attendees At A Mosque

Bihar police personnel were pelted with stones which they went to a local mosque in Madhubani to check for the presence of individuals who had attended the Tablighi Jamaat event in Delhi’s Nizamuddin, ANI has reported.
This incident happened yesterday (31 March) in Andharatharhi locality. The cops were trying to track down the attendees to a mosque situated in Girdarjung village.
As per Jhanjharpur DSP Amit Sharan three individuals have now been arrested in connection with the attack.
The Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey recently said that they are monitoring and trying to track down 86 Bihar residents and 57 foreigners who had attended the Jamaat event. The cops have quarantined 48 of them so far.
